Zoo school
Among our most important responsibilities, apart from caring after animals, is to provide the public, both groups and individuals, with knowledge about animal wild life.

Zoo Instruction
Zoo school instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with students, conservationists and the public.

Zoo school Program

Kindergarten
In this group, zoo school instructors allow kindergarten teachers the freedom to guide their own pupils throughout the zoo grounds.

1 st - 3rd Years
Children in this age group are particularly keen about their environment and the animal world. Basic information and animal characteristics are provided:
   · species
   · habitat
   · diet
   · physical appearance

4 st - 6rd Years
As well as conservational knowledge, such as endangered species, reasons for being endangered.
Same as in previous group but with more details, such as:
   · species and sub-species
   · habitat
   · diet
   · food groups
   · animal food chain
   · physical appearance

University Level
Secondary school group are teenagers capable of independent thought and reasoning. Specific topics are as such designed to instill as much knowledge about animals to this group of students as possible.

Students in this group are young adults with specific interests in animal wild life. Specific species and topics (such as the impact of human population growth on wild life) are therefore raised and discussed in this group.

General Public
Some of the general public may be familiar with animal wild life. Those who are might be farmers sustaining livelihoods on farms in proximity to forests where wild animals inhabit. Correct understanding and knowledge of how to co-exist with those animals is therefore essential for harmony and balance.
