Announcement: Closure of Diving Spots

Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation announced the closure of the following diving sites in national marine parks in South Thailand due to severe coral reef bleaching.

The closed dive Andaman Sea are:
  1. Koh Muk, Morrakot Cave, Koh Kradan, Koh Chueak and Koh Wan in Hat Chao Mai National Park, Trang. Closed during 1 Jun - 30 Sep 2016
  2. Koh Buloan and Koh Lao Liang in Petra National Park, Satun. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
  3. Mu Koh Adang - Rawi in Tarutao National Park, Satun. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
  4. Ao Khai Tao and Koh Chang in Mu Koh Ranong National Park, Ranong. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
  5. Mu Koh Rok Nai - Koh Rok Nok, Koh Ngai, Mu Koh Ha, Kong Hin Daeng - Hin Muang in Mu Koh Lanta National Park, Krabi. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
  6. All Area of Mu Koh Similan National Park, Phang Nga. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
  7. All area of Mu Koh Surin National Park, Phang Nga. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
  8. All area of Laem Son National Park, Ranong. Closed during 16 May - 31 Oct 2016
