Self Drive
This guide line has been designed to make it easy for you to arrange trouble-free motoring at great rates for clients visiting the Kingdom of Thailand.

[ Reservations ]
We operate a Central Reservations facility at our Bangkok Head Office. All vehicles may be free-sold up to 3 hour prior to pick up. Stop sales (blackouts) may apply at peak periods for specific categories and will be advised as required.

Our reservations staff will respond promptly to your inquiries and provide booking confirmations normally same day.

[ Reservations Checklist ]
When making your reservation, check that you provide the following ten points:

• - Client's name.
• - Type of vehicle required
• - Date and time of pickup.
• - Location of clients' pick up - airline and flight details if at an airport, or delivery location
• - Date and time of vehicle return
• - Number of passengers (number of adults and children)
• - Any accessories or special requirements.
• - Rate quoted.
• - Agency ID

[ Refunds ]
It is a policy that there is no refund of unused days except in extenuating circumstances, which will assess individually on application in writing.

[ Availability ]
Every endeavor will be made to provide a specific vehicle make if indicated on a reservation and voucher. However, we can only guarantee a vehicle category i.e a size M car as opposed to a Toyota Altis. If for any reason the reserved/booked vehicle is not available, we reserves the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle at no cost to the customer. Such action by the company does not constitute a breach of the vehicle conditions/contract and does not entitle the renter to any refund. If in the unlikely event no alternative vehicle is available, liability is limited to the return of all payments made.

[ Drivers License ]
All drivers must hold a current, non-probationary license. The license may either be Thai, or from a renter's country of residence (with an English translation), or an international drivers permit in conjunction with a valid license. Licenses (and a valid passport) must be carried at all times when driving.

[ Additional Drivers ]
No charge is made for additional drivers, however, the additional driver's name must be provided on time of rental otherwise no insurance coverage.

[ Drivers Age ]
Drivers are required to be at least 21 years of age, and there are no age surcharges or maximum age limitations.

[ Airport Procedure ]
We are represented near Suvarnabhumi Airport and are present at all scheduled,
We meet all reservations at the hotel meeting point with a prominent signed. We guarantee to meet all reserved bookings of scheduled incoming and departing flights. There are no additional fees or taxes for renters picking up or returning cars at the airports.

[ After Hours ]
After hours Pick-ups and Drop Off are available for all confirmed reservations both on airport and off-airport locations with no additional charges. Definite Pick-ups and Drop Off time must be informed at the time of reservation.

[ Fuel Policy ]
Vehicle is generally supplied with a full tank, return full or refueling charges will apply.

[ Out of hours policy  ]
We will service all confirmed reservations from airport locations. Vehicles must be picked up or returned within office hours unless prior arrangements have been made with the appropriate office. Our free delivery and pickup service to other than airports also only operates during hours.

[ Young drivers policy  ]
Not under 21 years old

[ Road side assistance  ]
24 hours roadside assistance is provided.

[ Cancellation process  ]
Central Reservations should be advised of any cancellation of a booking as soon as possible. No cancellation fee will be charged.

[ Payment policy for additional days etc  ]
Any extension of rental must be paid at local rates.

[ One Way Rental Service ]
A "Rent Here - Leave There" service is available between locations in Thailand on all listed vehicle types. A minimum 3 days rental is required otherwise 1,000 Baht one way fee will be charged on this program.

[ Cross Border Traffic ]
Vehicles hired are currently not permitted outside the Kingdom of Thailand. Failure to comply with this requirement will void all insurance coverage.

[ Free Delivery and Pickup ]
To help our customers get their trip off to a relaxing start, we are happy to deliver their vehicle to their hotel or other accommodation place within the metropolitan area of all locations at no extra charge. Please note that hotel deliveries must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. A free pickup service is also available within the metropolitan area of the location where the vehicle is to be dropped.

[ Vehicle Type]
All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement. Only vehicle categories as opposed to model types can be confirmed at the time of booking.

[ In An Emergency Call ]
Upon calling, professional emergency specialists will ensure appropriate assistance is arranged by the quickest means to meet the customer's requirements. Thai, English speakers are available 24 hours per day. Please note that puncture repairs, lock outs, and out of fuel calls will be charged to the renter at the time of service.

[ Touring Maps and Street Directories ]
Quality touring maps of Thailand, point to point strip maps and street directories are available free of charge to customers at the time of rental. Our staff will also assist with explaining the best routes for the customers travel plans.

[ Accessories ]

Baby seats: Baby seats suitable for children six months to three years are available at all locations, but they should be pre-booked at the time of reservation. The seats will be charged at Baht 100 per day to a maximum of Baht 1,000 per rental. Baby capsules for infants under six months are not available.

Baby Stroller:
Baby Strollers (Chicco) are available at all locations, but they should be pre-booked at the time of reservation. The strollers will be charged at Baht 100 per day to a maximum of Baht 1,000 per rental.

Portable GPS Navigators:
 The Nuvi 300 Portable GPS Navigators are available at Bangkok location and should be pre-booked at the time of reservation. The Navigator will be charged at Baht 200 per day to a maximum of Baht 2,000 per rental.

Super LDW: To reduce the excess 3,000 Baht to 0, Super LDW will be available at Baht 200 per day

[ Insurances/Bonds/Excesses ]
Motor Vehicle Insurance has partnered with Falcon Insurance to provide insurance protection. Inclusive daily rental rates include vehicle insurance and third party liability, including property cover, and Loss Damage Waiver (LDW). Please note that an excess applies to all rentals. If a customer is involved in an accident that cannot be recovered from a third party or there is a loss, they will need to pay a Baht 3,000 excess. Insurance coverage in subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, but follows generally accepted international standards. Detailed below are the coverage of international standard Insurance Protection available in Thailand from Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance-Included in all Rates The Road Protection Act provides limited injury and death cover to anyone injured or killed in an accident. All parties are covered up to Baht 2,000,000 Baht per person, except the driver of the vehicle, who (if at fault) is limited to Baht 200,000- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) - Included in Net Rates CDW provides comprehensive coverage to the renter for own vehicle damage, as well as liability protection against third party injury, death or vehicle and property damage. Liability for bodily injury or death of any third person, including passengers, caused by accident is covered up to Baht 2 million per person or not exceeding Baht 10 million per accident. All claims shall be determined by the courts in the Kingdom of Thailand. This coverage limits the renters responsibility to a maximum of Baht 3,000 in the event of loss or damage to the rented vehicle where recovery cannot be made from a third party, subject to the renters compliance with the Rental Agreement. In other words, the maximum exposure that a renter will have in the event of non-recoverable loss or damage is Baht 3,000, providing the Details of Use Restrictions at Item of the Rental Agreement are not contravened. If Use Restrictions are contravened, the LDW is void. [ Pre-Authorized]
For all vehicles, a rental pre-authorized of 5,000 (vehicle groups XS, S, M, L, XL) to 30,000 Baht (vehicle groups PS, PL) will be taken at the commencement of the rental. This amount will be released in full on return of the vehicle providing it has a full fuel tank, and there is no damage or loss to the vehicle. This bond will be taken on arrival by preauthorizing any of the following major international credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard. Cash or travellers check will also be accepted as a bond deposit from non Thai residents

[ Minimum Rental]
Minimum rental periods are one day that is calculated as a 24 hour period from the time the vehicle is collected or leaves the location for delivery.

[ Rental Extension ]
Should a renter wish to extend the rental, then it is recommended that such a request be made at the renting office as soon as possible so that every effort can be made to accommodate the request. Any extension of rental must be paid at local rates to the nearest location prior to the extended rental period commencing.

[ Return of Vehicle ]
The return of a vehicle prior to the nominated date does not entitle the renter to any refund on the unused portion of the originally agreed rental cost. In extenuating circumstances we will consider refunds for more than three days upon written request.

[ Free sale policy ]
