View Point Residence bietet ein Haus und zwei Bungalows mit einem tropischen Garten und Swimmingpool. Sie können die gesamte Residenz mieten, einen einzelnen Bungalow, oder das Haus. Die Residenz ist geeignet für Familien oder Freunde die ihre Ferien an einem ruhigen Ort mit einem sehr schönen Panorama-Blick verbringen möchten. Das Haus verfügt über 200 qm Wohnfläche und ist elegant eingerichtet. Es bietet eine große Terrasse und eine voll ausgestatteten westlichen Küche. Die 50 qm großen Bungalows haben jeweils eine eigene Terrasse, Klimaanlage, Badezimmer mit Warmwasser, Doppelbett und Tv.
View Point Residence
is set on a Hill with panoramic and beautiful seaview, in quiet surrounding,
and tropical garden, Swimming Pool is available for the guests. We have
one home and two bungalows to rent. We can rent the whole place, or
one bungalow, or the house. The residence is safe for the families and
friends who want to enjoy their ration in a secluded place with a very
nice panoramic view.

200 sq.m. with ample terrace and a fully-equipped western kitchen being
convenient for the families and friends.

FACILITIES
Our house and Bungalows are cleaned every four days for the long-staying
reservations. For the daily rental, there is the daily service. There
is an ample stack of bed and towels for the convenience of the guests.
Attentively, the guests can hire a cook or a private daily maid if they
need the service.

Conditions:
The rate is exclusive of Breakfast but coffee and tea mashing
facilities are available in the room.
Electricity is charged at 6 bath per kw and can be paid before
check out.
