View Point Residence consists of a house and two bungalows with a tropical garden and swimming pool. You can rent the entire residence, a bungalow, or the house. The residence is suitable for families or friends to spend their holidays in a quiet place with a beautiful panoramic view. The house has 200 sqm of living space and is elegantly furnished. It offers a large terrace and a fully equipped western kitchen. The 50 sqm bungalows have a private terrace, air conditioning, bathrooms with hot water, double bed and TV.
View Point Residence
is set on a Hill with panoramic and beautiful seaview, in quiet surrounding,
and tropical garden, Swimming Pool is available for the guests. We have
one home and two bungalows to rent. We can rent the whole place, or
one bungalow, or the house. The residence is safe for the families and
friends who want to enjoy their ration in a secluded place with a very
nice panoramic view.

SERVICES &
FACILITIES
Our house and Bungalows are cleaned every four days for the long-staying
reservations. For the daily rental, there is the daily service. There
is an ample stack of bed and towels for the convenience of the guests.
Attentively, the guests can hire a cook or a private daily maid if they
need the service.

Conditions:
The rate is exclusive of Breakfast but coffee and tea mashing
facilities are available in the room.
Electricity is charged at 6 bath per kw and can be paid before
check out.
