Secret Garden is a small, family-run resort with English management. Although we only have 9 rooms, they all have their own different character. The first thing that you will notice is the freshness of the interiors; everything is light, clean and airy with varnished teak floors, wooden furniture and white bed linen. They all have their own private terrace with tables and chairs and a sea view and none are more than 30 seconds stroll from the beach.
About the hotel: Very warm welcome and attention to detail. Child friendly. Couldn t be closer to lovely quiet beach. Rooms were lovely. Food good and very speedy service [unlike some]

About the hotel: I spent a couple of days at Secret Garden and had a great time. Even if the seafront bungalow was occupied I couldn t have been more satisfied. The Bungalows are nice and clean and located at most 20 m to the beach , the restaurant offers everything one expects from a restaurant in Thailand (but also perfect english and american breakfast). The beach is quiet and clean and one of the best you will find on the island. (Perfect for kids by the way, because usually there aren t big waves.)
Rebecca, John and the rest of the staff are remarkably friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Secret Garden is a cute, clean and friendly little resort which can make you feel like you re staying on a quite little island and not in busy Ko Samui. Well, if you LIKE it busy – it s only 2 minute away from bars and restaurants.
About the hotel: The secreet Garden resort is a little slice of heaven on Ko Samui. The service was excellent, the beachfront bungalow is amazing and food and cocktails were gorgeous!
About the hotel: Good location, right on the beach, if you want a little peace & quiet in Koh Samui, although there are plenty of restaurants & bars cloe by should you want variety.
The accommodation is really good value for money & the breakfasts were excellent with lots of flexibility in the menu. John & Rebecca are very good hosts & their staff are very friendly. Their restaurant food is also well priced. Would definitely book again should we visit Samui again.

About the hotel: I had a fantastic stay at the Secret Garden resort in Koh Samui. It is run by an East Londoner called John and he proved extremely friendly and helpful. There was a group of us staying there and he welcomed us all personally and even remembered our names which was a nice touch. The hotel is so close to the sea that you re practically in it and the rooms had air con and cable TV. This hotel was an all round great place to stay and I can t fault anything really. I m sure all of my friends that stayed there would agree. By the way, this is a legitimate review and was not written by John the manager or his mother!

About the hotel: we found john and rebecca very friendly and polite hosts. the accomadation was very clean and good facilities. the bungalow was on the beach front. hotel is very convenient for the local ferry to go to the other islands.food at hotel very good.recommend this hotel highly

About the hotel: Clean,neat and tidy.We had the beach front bungalow with a lovely uninterupted view on to a very nice beach,also view over Ko pan Yang. Bar closes at 10.30 which is a bonus if you want some peace and quiet but breakfast doesn t start until 9am if you are planning early starts!
Owner, John and wife are very helpful and always pleasant,ready to give any tourist information you need.
Downside was the tacky roadside bars,plenty on offer if this is what you are looking for!!

This delightful bungalow is right on the beach.
Throw open the sliding glass doors, step onto terrace and the beach
is 2 metres away. You can even lie in bed in the morning and watch the
light dancing on the water. There is a king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe
space. The European bathroom has a Balinese-style covered outside shower
in a natural stone enclosure.

These traditional Thai style teak bungalows are
split-level with a generous wooden verandah and a panoramic view of
the garden. On the upper level you will find the double bedroom which
is spacious and has a king size bed, dressing table and wardrobe with
polished teak floors. The small separate living room has a sofa, cable
TV and a glass door which opens out onto the verandah. This gives you
a feeling of living close to nature. The bathroom is on the ground floor.

Our restaurant, Sea Breeze, overlooks the beach
and our neighboring island of Koh Phangan. Our menu focuses primarily
on authentic Thai food and seafood. For breakfast we offer bacon
and eggs as well as muesli, croissants and fresh fruit. Our coffee is
freshly ground. From the European menu we have pasta dishes, salads,
open sandwiches and main courses such as pork chops and rib eye steak.
Our Thai selection is quite varied and features some
items that are not commonly found elsewhere. Our curries can be made
to suit your palate and there are a number of dishes that are not spicy
at all.
Seafood is plentiful on Samui and we offer locally caught
fish and large king prawns cooked in a number of different ways. Our
wine list has been carefully selected from Italy, Australia and the
New World and has been priced attractively.
