MAIN HOUSE
Baan Mamuang is a recently constructed villa with a separate guesthouse in a most spectacular and peaceful location on the largely unspoiled  south cost of the island of Koh Samui in The Gulf of Thailand. Set on a steep hill amidst huge granite boulders and shaded by mature trees, the house is designed as an elegant and comfortable tropical retreat and hideaway. With its own 2,600 square meter garden, Baan Mamuang is part of the emerging Nagalaya Development which prides itself as an environmentally sensitive haven.

The living room (14 x 10 meters) gives on to a wide sea view and a luxuriant garden. A hammock is strung between two mango trees growing through the south facing deck. there is a well equipped kitchen. The dining table seats six. A home cinema provides evening entertainment. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with hammock. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two single beds are provided in the lower basement. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be positioned together to form a double. Children's beds can be provided on request.

GUEST HOUSE
A separate and private guesthouse is located on the edge of the property and has especially beautiful sunset views over the lagoon. The guesthouse which sleeps two is available as an optional extra for rental together with the main house.

MAIN HOUSE

The Sunset Rock Residence is a beautifully designed, sophisticated tropical private home with wide expansive view of the ocean & nearby islands. Its situation allows the gentle sea breezes to cool the villas on a hot day. All rooms are located in their own mini houses giving absolute privacy & are easily accessible to each other. Special attention has been paid to details, such as the choice of artwork, furniture, lighting as well as the comfort of the residents. The living room, dining & kitchen are on the first level as you enter. There are folding doors on 3 sides of the room which open out on to a large deck with magnificent ocean views or outdoor dining or just relaxing, having a drink on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets is one of the pleasures of this home.

The kitchen is very spacious with a big, two-door fridge and equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Next to the living room is a powder room with a shower. Partly shaded by a mango tree is an infinity edged pool with views of the ocean & nearby islands. The pool also has a waterfall to cool you off. A small terrace is conveniently at the lower deck next to the pool, so you can lounge and relax after a nice refreshing dip. The next house you arrive at is the Master Bedroom with three separate entrances to the en-suite Master bathroom. Two pairs of beautiful, stylish wooden doors mark the entrances and exits. This room has an organic feel as the natural rock structure has been kept in place and the facilities built around it. The open, yet private shower area is spacious, and is a perfect place to unwind. The Master Bedroom has a playful, Asian-style interior. It features a large wardrobe, has a mini-fridge, TV and a large terrace overlooking the ocean and nature. Ultimate privacy is ensured, yet it is very conveniently located next to the Plunge Pool and kitchen/living area. This mini-house is also surrounded by trees, hiding it from the hot sun, yet still letting the cool breeze blow through.

The Guest Bedroom is not far away and is a separate house as well. This room has a fun, cozy Asian-style interior and features two single beds that can be joined together to form a king size bed. There is a nice, warm feel to this room as the large open space has been very well utilized. The en-suite outdoor bathroom is tastefully decorated and intertwined with the rocks and nature.

CABIN COTTAGE
This house, encapsulated in nature is not only very beautiful; It is cozy, warm, and very private. It has a beautiful view of its own and a generous veranda all around the house that allows ultimate enjoyment of it, as well as the surrounding nature, rocks and trees.
This house comes complete with a modern, homey kitchen, a large dining table and a wonderful private outdoor bathroom which is tastefully decorated, including a large bathtub. The bedroom area is located on the second floor in an attic-like loft. The interior here is warm and cozy and has a nice romantic touch to it. On the living room level is a long desk for computer & office work. This cottage has its own private entrance & car park. Baan Suksavati is an incredible villa with a very nice homey touch. It is located in a private and secluded area nicely tucked away in nature. The stylish walk bridge to the main Entrance gives the villa a very original touch and look. Much attention has been given to detail and design of this Villa resulting in a homey feeling with a neat, spacious interior. The deep mahogany color of the furniture and floor give it a warm atmosphere.

The kitchen, living room and master bedroom are located in the same house; the guest bedroom is located in a separate house. The modern kitchen and living room are on the same floor and make up the first room you enter. The stylish, large balconies in the living room and master bedroom face one of the most magnificent panoramic Sea- and Mountain Views on the Island.

The master bedroom is located beneath the living room and kitchen and occupies the same amount of space. From here you get to enjoy the same exquisite view as large windows supply you with an incredible overview of the Lamai and Tongson Bay. Beautiful bamboo drapes give this room a sense of oriental mystique. They keep the room nice and cool and dimly lit, creating a soft, romantic atmosphere. A separate wardrobe area with ample space to store belongings is located to the rear of the room. The en-suite spacious bathroom is indoor, features windows looking out over the inspiring view, and has a stylish, modern touch to it. A special laundry room with washing machine can also be found here. The guest bedroom is very nicely tucked away, in the surrounding nature. The interior is made up of the same warm, mahogany color and is accessed by a separate path leading through the rocks and trees. It is completely private, has a veranda surrounding it and comes with 2 bunk beds which make it an ideal room for families with children.

The en-suite outdoor bathroom is a work of art. It's very stylish, blends into nature, and features a large bathtub, as well as ample shower space. This bathroom is literally in nature with no walls surrounding it giving you a wonderful sense of freedom.

GUEST HOUSE
The Guest house alike the Main House is quite a unique in its lay-out. This house has a very warm character and a personality of its own. It is spacious with a wonderful sense of peace. This room is quite special as it almost has the feeling of a modern tree house. It is nicely tucked away in the surrounding nature, and enjoys its own private, separate access. Baan Sawasdee is a unique Indian style villa. What immediately catches your attention is the sensational orange/brown color. The pathway leading to the very large spacious living room is quite original. This villa also features a large, luxurious Sala conveniently located on the large terrace overlooking the mountains, valley and ocean.

This is the perfect area for a family gathering, a party or picnic with friends and guests, or suitable for early morning meditation and yoga practices as it is a tranquil and peaceful area. A surround sound system is placed in the Sala as well so you can listen to the music of your choice. A very convenient bathroom and shower is also located on the large terrace, which is stylishly designed to give you privacy as well as openness.

The living area is quite large, and features a home cinema set in the front with a dining area and a kitchen in the back. It is completely open and gives you a wonderful sense of space. The warm wooden floors give it a real homey feeling. The furniture is very natural and provides the villa with a unique interior and warm design. The villa is also decorated with Indian art placed in all the rooms which gives it a nice artistic touch and makes it stand out. Right above the kitchen area in the main room, there is a small, cozy loft which functions as a guest bedroom. To access the Master bedroom, you take a small staircase down. There is a small office area with a desk, handy to place a laptop. The interior is cozy and stylish, and is not cluttered. The wardrobes are built-in and the furniture blends nicely in the room.

A sense of space has been created by good use of the interior, and the nice big windows show a wondrous view of the mountains and ocean. A big veranda surrounds the room as well. This room features an en-suite indoor bathroom with windows to give it an outdoor feeling. Beautiful scenes of nature can be admired from this bathroom. The Guest bedroom is located beneath the Master bedroom and enjoys its own separate, private access. Alike the Master bedroom it is stylishly and tastefully decorated. There is a warm, cozy feeling in this room with an additional sense of openness and brightness. It also features large windows and a lovely view of the mountains and ocean. The en-suite bathroom here is outdoor and quite spacious. A nice refreshing breeze can be felt on a hot day.
