We do have 10 much sought after Beachfront Rooms, 70 with air-conditioning and hot water. Naturally, these vary in price depending upon the season.
About the hotel: The Lamai Inn is Ok. Location is great but You can certanly find better hotels for less cost. We stayed in a pool view room and was charged 1700 Bht/night.
Found a few other hotels near the beach that we re alot cheaper.
But over all it s a good place. I would recommend the beachview villas. Their location is just on the beach!

you can hear the neighbors tv or doing other things....
friendly staff, but ask them to explain you about the deposit for the room( i did not understood)

About the hotel: Very central to all you could want in Lamii . Rooma very clean and all facilities worked perfectely comfy big beds . House keeping in and out like secret elves . Good pool but also direct access to beach and lamiiInns excellent band of masseures . Didnt eat there much as too much of a variety locally and staff insisted on keeping plastic awning down for protection from wind ( what about the gorgeous view) For value for money ,location and general service would come again .
About the reservation service: All done blind on line . so nice to find we were just were we wanted to be .
About the hotel: This is a really great place to stay on Ko Samui - and very good value, too. The bungalows are excellent, and the beach side restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, kick back and people-watch. A two-minute walk will take you to the centre of the action in Lamai, while in the other direction, in a couple of dozen strides you re paddling in the sea. It is also totally hassle-free and discreet. I fully intend to return, the sooner the better!

we have upwards of 100 meters of beachfront, we have deliberately kept
most of it open with wide expanses of lawn and garden for everyone enjoyment.
As a result, many of our bungalows which are not on the beach have clear
views of the water.

Lamai
Inn 99 operates at a 95% occupancy rate during high and peak
seasons and many of our guests are repeat customers who stay an average
of two weeks. We do take reservations through sawadee.com but
on rare occasions demand simply out-weighs supply given the number of
walk-in requests, over-stays, or late arrivals. In those rare instances,
we will accommodate you upon arrival and can usually give you specifically
what you want within a couple of days.
