First Residence is designed for guests who search a budget accommodation without abandoning modern equipment, clean style and a comfortable environment perfectly located for both, the tourist and the business traveler. The four-story, modern style hotel, with it's 44 Superior rooms and 6 Mini Family room is peacefully located at the very southern end of Chaweng Beach. All rooms have air-condition, cable TV, minibar, a bathtub and a balcony. Easy access to the shopping areas, restaurants and nightlife as well to the beach or sightseeing opportunities are making First Residence the ideal hotel and location for a stay on the island of Koh Samui. Samui Airport is just a short 10 minutes drive away and all sightseeing spots around the island can be easily reached.
