Es ist eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, 51 Zoll Kühlschrank, Toaster-Backofen und ein elektrischen Wasserkocher vorhanden. " This was my 2nd visit to Samui and I was looking for a place more central on the island. Baan Saensook Villas are just outside Chaweng, quite close to the main Tesco. The location is very quiet, although I experienced the sonic book on the 23rd May. Occasionally you do hear gunfire from the shooting range a couple of kilometres away. As a single traveller I chose a single bedroom villa. The villa was spotless and a maid visited everyday to keep it that way. Fresh towels and sheets were provided daily. The villa provided a toaster and a water boiler which I used daily for coffee. The maid even did my washing up. There is a pool on site which I used 3/4 times. There is a sign saying there is a charge but I think that is for non guests. I hired a moped from reception for 180 Baht/day. Transport is essential as you are just a little too far from Chaweng centre to walk, although I did on one day, about 25 minutes to get to the Green Mango area. There is a Family Mart 5 minutes walk from the resort for any essentials you need and Tesco is only 5 minutes by moped. There is a laundry right next door which delivered my clean clothes back to my villa. It is hard to find any fault at all. The only niggle was that the drain in the shower room was in the wrong place and the bathroom would flood if you stayed in too long. There are no seperate hot water taps in the villa, but all the water is heated to a comfortable temperature. There is an air conditioner unit in the bedroom and a 3 speed fan in the living area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Baan Saensook Villas and would certainly be happy to rebook there again when I return to Samui. "

The large glass doors and windows provide ample light inside the rooms and slide open very easily.
The houses are suitable for elderly or disabled persons.

roofed-over terrace and are configured in five different layouts and sizes.
The houses are available for monthly and daily rental. Deluxe Units are equipped with a pantry,
tableware, electric stove, water boiler pot and sandwich toaster.
Large bedrooms 15 sqm., living room 16 sqm., kitchen 6 sqm. and terrace 6 sqm.
Baan Saen Sook Villas are located at Koh Samui's main tourist area Chaweng.
An easy 10 mins from the Villas to Chaweng Beach. 5 mins to the main public road., and a large Tesco Lotus Shopping Mall with Movie Theater,
Bowling Alley, and many restaurants is practically around the corner. Public transportation is available nearby.
