Saikaew Beach Resort has overall 155 rooms ranging from; deluxe room is mostly tranquility section, cottage is basically on sandy beach with collection of rock formations and premier room’s part sprawls along the main bathing beach.

Room facilities all fully furnished, such as Satellite Color Television, Electronic Kettle with coffee & tea making amenities, Hair dryer, Electronic safety box etc… guests will finding an activity while staying at resort, nevertheless, management and staff alike provides utmost personal care and attention towards all guests. Here we are located in idyllically situated on two adjoining beachfronts on the north-east coast of Koh Samet (Samet Island), Rayong provide, renowned for its pristine sandy beaches. Approximately 2.5 hours by transport from Bangkok to Rayong,

Saikew Beach Resort is in the perfect location on beautiful, chilled Ko Samet- fab beach infront with nice sunbeds, and 3 mins walk along the beach at night and you reach some lovely chilled beach bars and resturants. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a superior room, and Im so glad we did because they were lovely with a nice pool and infinity pool nearby. I d recommend spending the extra for one of these rooms if you can. The hotel is still being finished off, but its great already. Friendly staff, good food (although avoid the fishermans pie because I got seafood poisoning!), fab massages, and great location. Definately hire a quad bike/motorbike and tour the island because its beautiful and lots more beaches (with cleaner sea). I d definately stay at Saikew Beach resort again, and hope to one day!

Front of house manager, Joe very helpful. the new rooms are lovely. the deluxe overlook a small private beach, gorgeous. Breakfast fine, restaurant too expensive. Road to resort awful.

We only stayed one night here at the last minute as we were unable to extend out time at Ao Prao on the other side of the Island. Very glad we were only here for one night! Our room was great,but first room we were shown in the older part was very basic and not good. pool was good but lots of building work going on next to it. Restaurant for breakfast along way from rooms and not particularly pleasant.

The stay was very pleasant once again. The new pool area was an unexpected bonus and you must be complimented on the quality and design of the area. However there are a few points that shall we say troubled our party: 1) We found the cost of the poolside bar rather expensive even taking into account the free sun loungers 2)Despite a notice to the contrary there always seemed to be a lot of unaccompanied children in the pool who seemed to take delight in being annoying in their behaviour 3) We were surprsied this yeat that NO discount had been offered considering the high level of contruction work which was going on around us. This was even more surprising considering that last year we received a discount of 50% and heard nothing from the workers. This year the noise was disruptive and annoying while we were around the pool
