OTHER SERVICES & FACILITIES

GUEST SERVICE AGENT (GSA): Our Guest Service Agents will coordinate and assist all guests during stay with us 24 hours.
They work at our office that located not far from all of our villas. TWO VILLAS HOLIDAY STAFF: All of our operation staff – Maid, Pool attendant, Gardener and technician are our full-time staff. They are all well-trained and under company uniform with name tag due to hotel standard. This makes sure that our guests will get the best services during stay with us. SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE: All villas are located just 5 minutes drive to the beach, shuttle bus service is available to our guest with free of charge to go to the beach and places around hotel on schedule time. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: Our maid will clean villa and change linen daily (except weekly/monthly rental services may vary due to rental agreement) POOL CLEANING: Our pool attendant will always clean pool and check quality of water before guest check-in. After that he will come to clean twice a week (about 45 mins/time) except pool has some problems. GARDENING SERVICE: Our gardener will do 3 times/week (about 1-2 hours/time). We will try to schedule our gardener to do at the same time of maid time in order to reduce guests’ disturbances. TECHNICIAN: Our technician will inspect our villa from time to time to make sure that our villa is always in good condition. AIRPORT ACCESS: Phuket is easily accessible with flights from Bangkok and International flight daily. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Two Villas Holiday’s private car and van are available to hire for airport transfers and private trips. |

Beach near some of Phuket's pristine beaches and beauty spots,
while also being easily accessible from Phuket International Airport. Nai Harn Beach Nai Harn is one of the more isolated beaches, right at the bottom of the island and nestled in a bay defined by headlands and islands. Other than this there are no buildings to be seen at Nai Harn, and the beach is backed by the green of casuarinas trees and coconut palms. |
