A friendly accommodation located in Patong Beach, only 10 minutes to the beach. Offering totally 25 guest rooms with fully equipped; air-condition, private balconies, hot and cold shower, cable TV (UBC), mini bar, laundry service, safety box and room service. We provide the safe and clean guest rooms in 2 categories; 35 square meters for Standard rooms and 56 square meters for Suite rooms.

The reception is always available for assisting you 24 hours daily. Moreover, other services also provide for your delightful activities such as local tour, motorcycle rental, Padi course and diving trip.

About the hotel:
Room is just nice for budget traveler. Everything are fine except for the stains on bedsheet, extremely hard on mattress and the spolit water heater. I had hard time adjusting the shower so the water is extremely hot. Don t expect for short distance to the beach. It took me half an hour to reach there.

Reservation is fantastics. Booking is fast and confirmation is always well-received.

Very nice atmosphere and service eventhougt quite far from the main street. Satisfied enough with the service.

About the hotel:
Nice budget hotel - clean, quiet rooms and the staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that it s about a 10 minute walk to the main street and about 15 minute walk to the beach. The good thing about this is that you are a safe distance from the noise and chaos of the Patong strip when you re ready to call it a night. So long as you don t mind the easy walk to get anywhere, it s a good place to stay.

Hotel is nice and clean. But a bit far from downtown. Have to walk about 20 to 30 minutes to get to Bang La Road.

About the hotel:
Pleasant stay. Value for money for budget stay with nice bed to sleep on and a little balcony which allows us to hang clothes, did not really like the toilet thou but still good enough for our stay. Receptionists are kind and service is good! Will stay there if we go Phuket again.

Excellent, hassle-free for booking the hotel. Not the 1st time we use sawadee, did not fail us at all! Keep it up!
