Close to everything; markets and resturants. Nice pool-area and cheap food can be bought at the hotel. They sell from the minibar to market prices! Friendly stuff. 5*****/5	Sawadee is great! No problems, 100% relieable!

As the hotel cooperates with a restaurant next doors the food is good and has a wide variety. Perfect for families with children as they have a kids-pool and a yard to play in. Close to the beach. We recommend the bungalows!	Worked out perfect, better than the few night we booked through a Swedish travel agency.

Olivia Loek 2007-11-30 until 2007-12-04	Karon Whale Resort Phuket, Karon Beach Karon Whale Resort Phuket. In 2004 April I stayed at Woraburi next to Karon beach. While is its pricey, it provided wonderful services. This time I crossed my fingers and booked with Karon Whale. Not only is Karon whale cheaper, the room is much larger, personels were extremely efficient and competent. Only thing is right next to it there is a construction going on that can get slightly noisey. But i didnt stay in daytime much so I wasnt affected much. TRIPLE A+ Service!	Excellent, reliable and fast. Definitely cheaper then other websites I reviewed. Sawadee was able to get me room at Karon Whale in and instant while other websites made me wait a long time afterwhich they told me Hotel is full (???)

Karon Whale is a nice little hotel about 60 rooms.It worked good whit pickup service nice and friendly staff. the only minus was at breakfast mutch of ants crowling round the bread and the sweet things. But we had a nice time there,near to beach and everything you need.	No problems at all.
Yvonne Tertan 2007-03-03 until 2007-03-08	Karon Whale Resort Phuket, Karon Beach When we arrived after been travelling the whole day we were told that the hotel was overbooked and that they did not have any rooms for us! We had booked 3 superior rooms 4 months before arriving and we were very disappointed. The manager wanted us to stay and two different hotels even if we were one family. He also suggested tha we could share 2 rooms instead of having 3 doublerooms but this what not what we expected. After some hours waiting for a solution, looking at different proposals, the manager finally found a good one for us. Late in the afternoon we got 3 rooms at The old Phuket (a very nice hotell!)and we were all very tired but also very satisfied.	Very good, fast and convenient. Will use it again!

Our stay was 2 weeks and no major problems arose. It was nice to be able to charge drinks and meals to the room from pool area.a kettle in the room would be nice for early morning coffe on your balcony.Well worth the price. We foud it to hot on the beach in the afternoon so we enjoyed the shade around the pool	We used Sawadee and found the site exclent.No problems very professional. WELL DONE! Thank you

First time using this type of service but was amazed at how great it worked.

This hotel location is in the heart of KARON town everything also near even the beach just 5min away.	Booking is super effective, will sure recommnend to friends. :)

The management and all the staff are really wonderful and provide a service well in excess of their star rating. The rooms are meticulously cleaned every day, there always someone on reception who is able to assist in any way and the swimming pool is brilliant and sparkles at all times. I have no hesitation in reccommending this hotel as top value for money in a good position for the beach and other facilities.	Excellant. Quick and efficient
Gail Forde 2005-12-27 until 2006-01-01	Karon Whale Resort Phuket, Karon Beach Where given a standard room with no balcony and an air-conditioner that did not work, They were told every day for three days and still did not beleive us it did not work. We were eventually moved when space became available to the room we booked and paid for, though no compensation was offered or even a free drink at the bar. The girl at reception was very charming and tried very had to please us.Suspect they often overbook rooms. Quite nice Superior rooms overlooking pool.	As always very efficient. Would not hesitate to book though this site. Always prompt with replies to queries.

The staff helps you with everything if you ask. If you going book some tip or other activity you should use booking service at the hotel. The pool at the hotel is great for families with small children.	There’s nothing more to ask for regarding Sawadee booking service. I have used many travel agency’s in different country’s in my work and right now Sawadee is number one.
John Hood Brown 2005-09-20 until 2005-09-27	Karon Whale Resort Phuket, Karon Beach What a pleasant surprise to arrive very late in the day, to be greeted by a very courtious member of staff and accompanied to my room without any fuss! My room was of a much higher grade than expected and perfectly clean in all respects. A minor observation might be for the Hotel to consider installing tea or coffee making facilities. Throughout my stay my comfort was always high on the consideration of the Hotel staff. Definitely well worth another visit in the not too distant future.The courtesy extended went a great way to making this a very pleasant vacation	first class and excellent value for money with minimum fuss!

It is fair to say that they are only just finishing the final segments of a re-fubishment programme followiny the wave last year but I could not see any adverse factors during my stay. The staff are wonderful, helpful, friendly, good natured and attractive. Nothing is too much trouble and at the admittedly special rate offered at the time I was there it was probably the best value hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room was large, immaculate and comfortable. Shirts, shorts and other clothes left for luandering were returned within 24 hours beautifully laundered and pressed for a rediculously low cost. The hotel car took me for very modest amounts to business appointments and to the airport at the end of my stay comfortably and speedily. All in all a very pleasant and efficient hotel stay.	fast, efficient and value for money.

The breakfast was good, but simple, boring after 1 week. Maybe it was low-season. The pool was ok, but the water had too much of chlorin, my family had every time problem with red and painful eyes.	very good !!

Karon Beach is a nice beach that isn t as busy as Patong. The staff at Karon Whale are great and represent the true kindness of Thai people. I have stayed at 5 star hotels which haven t provided the same amount of honest courtesy that you will find at this resort. I will return to Thailand and stay again at Karon Whale Resort. I recommend anyone to consider the resort for an affordable and friendly place to stay. While your there I suggest to book some smaller tours around the island from May, a great person who has her office located in the lobby. enjoy

For cost hotel facilities were excellent.Breakfasts were very limited and very slow to be served.	Booking service was very good. No problems experienced.
HERBERT JEFFERY 2004-01-27 until 2004-02-03	Karon Whale Resort Phuket, Karon Beach I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. The staff from the maintenance people to the kitchen to the lobby and especially the guest services were just superb. I had a wonderful time, everything I could have wanted was there for me without even asking. The resort is quiet, private and exceptionally clean. I will visit there as often as I can possible make it.
