Casa Jip Guesthouse is a small residence that located in a quiet street in the center of Patong, just a few minutes in walking distance away from the beach, shopping center and entertainment area.

The Guesthouse provides a quality, clear and valued rooms with all comforts facilities of air conditioned, Mini Bar, TV with cable system , Safety deposit boxes, Laundry service, Cold & hot water and internet.

With its location sited in the heart of Patong Beach, a Phuket's central tourist attractions of beach city life, comprise of night entertainments, restaurants and shopping center.

" Nice little guesthouse operated by a Italian guy and his wife, clean, 10-15mins walk to the beach, 10mins walk to happening bangla rd. 5-8mins to Junceylon shopping center, what could you ask more? safe in room, clean up our messy room pretty nice too. only downside i would say is not tat convenient if you had trouble with stairs, since it doesnt have elevator, neither are other guesthouse like this i suppose. "

Casa Jip Guesthouse is a family-owned guesthouse, located right in the centre of Patong Beach, 300 metre from the beach, shopping centre and the famous Bangla Road.
ACCOMMODATION
Casa jip feature 3 type of rooms: Budged Single, Standard and Deluxe.

Budged Single room
Budged rooms for single occupancy. These rooms have their own bathroom with rain shower and measured approximately 15 sqm. This room have no window.

Standard room
Standard rooms for double occupancy of approximately 20 sqm. Are facing the street. They have private bathroom with rain shower and sound proof window, King size bed, tea & coffee making facilities.

Deluxe room
Deluxe rooms of approximately 30 sqm. Are reach by private elevator, they are decorated with teak wood, computer desk with high speed internet connection & Wi-Fi, private balcony, internet TV with satellite and cable TV, DVD player, direct dial telephone, air condition and fan. The bathrooms are equipped with box shower, hair dryer, all amenities (shower cup, soap, shampoo etc..). Breakfast is room service and available from 7.00 am until 2.00 pm.
