The Bird Cage - Patong Guesthouse is a small newly luxurious guesthouse established a 32 styles roomed situated at the heart of Patong.

With a few blocks away from the famous tourist destination called " Bangla Road (Walking Street)" to the most beautiful beach in Phuket called "Patong Beach", which making THE BIRD CAGE is and ideal place to stay for your most convenient travel in Patong.

Our rooms are designed upon your most comfort. The Bird Cage offers a variety of quality rooms at discounted price. With 32 rooms (5th Floors) - 8 Economy, 16 Standard and 8 Superior.

About the hotel:
The Bird Cage Patong Guesthouse is a small hotel in one of the side streets near the beach. I remember that from the safe room (!!!) was stolen more than 1000 dollars and then the hotel staff had lost all interest to us. If you want trouble, and a wonderful pastime in the police, then you will here.

About the hotel:
Lived in the economical issue. The room has no windows. Very noisy. After a 2 meter with might and main construction works. Disruption of hot water. No elevator. Breakfast is not available. Water is free. Valuables and money should not be left even in the safe room - staff steals. In this area, many hotels cheaper and better.

Friendly staff, clean place. No coffeee or tea making facilities in room nor was there a phone. Great location yet still quiet, perhaps because we were on the 4th floor (without a lift!)would stay here again if guaranteed a room on 1st or 2nd floor.

Very nice guesthouse and staff is very kind and helpfull. Clean room and new towels every day. Close to everything/nightlife but guesthouse is located in a quiet area. Can highly recommend this guesthouse.

clean and the host and his wife are very friendly, 10 min to the beach, and close to No.6 / No. 99resaurant, very nice stay during our vacation

New hotel, some room not finished furnish. Room have some smell of furnish, but price is very OK. Most excite is there is a front desk can speak chinese.

About the hotel:
Location : It was situated pretty near the beach and bangla road and of course, the huge mall Junceylon . Room : If you re looking for a basic room with basic neccessities, this would definately be better than that. Rooms are quite small but consider the amt paid, it was well worth it all.(2 water drinks are included for you per day). Service : The receptionist/boss is very well mannered. He is definately of great help. He s a very pleasant guy and of course there s also the ladyboss. Whom speaks less but also a very nice person. There are well stocked and updated maps on the entrance to the hotel. The only point which may deter travellers who wish to party till late is that it locks the door aft 12am. However, don t be put off by this because you can always ring the bell and they will answer to the door in a swift manner. (One tip: bring a name card along with you if you wanna book tours as there are many tour angency/drivers whom do not know where excatly this hotel is located. And/or you can use TIGER INN as a landmark for pickups and dropoffs.) Hope all these reviews help.

About the hotel:
Great location and very clean. Try to stay on the lower floors if you go in and out of the guesthouse often as there are no lift available. The staffs are very friendly. One shortfall is that they are not able to provide any information on places of interest.
