About the hotel: A cozy hotel with good location...not too near to the main road where it may be noisy yet it is conveniently located in the middle of patong beach.
About the hotel: The patong beach lodge is a nice place to enjoy your holiday.the staff are very friendly and helpful.Free breakfast very morning which gets you up and going.I would stay there again on my next trip to Patong.
About the reservation service: The booking process was good however I did have a small issue with taxi bookings.overall it worked OK.
About the hotel: Most dissappointed with room offered having booked, payed for in advance,and requested a high level room with balcony.Room offered was on ground floor with an outlook onto a covered car parking area.On expressing our disgust,and told that no other rooms were available,and after strong protests, we were urged to upgrade to The Horizon Beach Hotel at a cost of 2000 baht. We felt that we had no alternaticve than to reluctantly accept this offer. In view of the above we feel we are entitled to some comensation, we await your comments.

About the hotel: The hotel is convienientally located near shopping and entertainment centers and is a 5 minute walk to the beach. My first room faced another hotel across the soi and was spacious. I asked to be moved to a room overlooking the pool but it was lot smaller. There are several rooms that do not have windows. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant and polite. The buffet breakfast had a variety of items and was more than adequate.

the poolside rooms are very good some of the others ?
we stayed 12 days with no complaint except the usual the barfridge and the airconditioning could be cooler overall an excellent place to stay value for money and booking agent excellent

it is close to every thing and far enough from the noise. We have lived in three hotels in Patong, karon and kata respectively. I will recommond my friend to take this hotel again.
About the hotel: Don t be put off by the outside appearance. Good clean tidy rooms, but be aware - bathrooms are very small, but adequate. Nice pool and lounge area. Basic and repetitious breakfast, but plentiful and adequate, even for a person with special dietary need, ie: Coeliac. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location!! As family of 2 adults and 2 teenage boys - we loved it, and will definitely stay there again, as the price is very affordable and location was perfect!!!
NB: (We had an issue over missing pool towels - staff were obliging and resolved it without too much hassle).
