Therefore there is a wide variety of delicious gourmet cuisines and seasonal menus. We are looking forward and welcome all visitors.
About the hotel: We were very disappointed, this hotel is a maximum value of 10 euros per night, not 75 -! or for a very unassuming package tourists.The ceiling was yellow with black spots everywhere.The paint is crumbling of the old lamps and furniture.The safety deposit box and TV did not work, and when I complained to the reseption, they took no action. And at last was cleaned very bad, mattresses and cleaning materials were not needed were standing in the corridor.The only good is the view from the balcony on the top floor, but it s not worth paying to 75 - euro per night.

About the hotel: Friendly staff, good location in the new part of Khao Lak. Sad to say that we felt like the hotel s gloriest days has pasted. Not even near fully booked, and we got a room which missed 2 lamps, light on the balcony (which was the smallest of them all I think) for our family of 2 adult + 2 kids. Our friend (1 adult + 1 child) got a room with bigger balcony, bathroom and fully equiped room ... No good daily cleaning and no signs of that extra good feeling we got everywhere else we stayed in Thailand. I hope the place will improve to next season!
About the hotel: Nice hotel very close to the beach. The service was good but the cleaning of the room was bad. We had to ask for i.e toiletpaper, towels etc. Otherwise it was OK
About the hotel: Very nice hotel, located 30m from the beach and 10 min. walking distance to the center of Khao Lak. Room is nice, big and silent, breakfast was fine, staff was friendly. We will come back to Suwan Palm!
About the hotel: This hotel surprised. I was upgraded on arrival to a seaview room and enjoyed a few nice days in a beautiful part of Khao Lak. The staff were friendly the rooms clean. It was also quiet, although not full by any means. Perhaps the only negative was the fixed evening menu which didn t inspire, but there are several nice restaurants close by.I would stay again.

About the hotel: Excellent hotel with very good location on the beach. Walking along the beach are very nice and peaceful and it is possibly to find lonely nice place. Walking distance to city of Khao Lak and many good restaurant.
I will highly recommend this hotel.

About the hotel: The hotel is ok but not worth the money. restaurant has twice the price compared to surrounding restaurants. Do not recomend to book this hotel. The breakfast is however good. The airconditioning is very noisy and the hotel is old and need an refreshment.
