About the hotel:
We warmly recommend this resort for people looking for peace and nature. The accomodation are spacious, quiet, very comfortable (great firm mattresses !). The resort is on huge grounds, with well-maintained gardens, diverse trees and flowers, so it is airy, not crowded at all and jsut walking around the place is nice. It does not have direct access to the beach, one has to cross a small river at low tide, or take the free hotel shuttle (a 3-minute ride), but the beach is very long, very quiet also, with clean white sand and shade. The food is good (breakfast buffet and other meals). When you are tired of eating at the same place, you can ask the hotel to drive you to a beach restaurant 5 minutes away. Our 3 kids enjoyed the place to play on the beach, or in the pools, or hide and seek in the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, does not speak english very well so be prepared for longer explanations of what you want but it never spoiled our stay.

About the hotel:
Hotel was a bit outdated, staff was friendly, but there was hardly any service around the hotel. Not nearby the pool or at the beach. Location is quite nice hardly any guests/tourist, although it was high season. The restaurant at the beachside was the only available restaurant in the hotel (so hardly no other choise). The nearby Beach club we have never found it ourself. But found another cozy Thai beach restaurant

About the hotel:
Beautiful setting with polite and helpful staff. Room is large and clean and service efficient -- not exactly 5-star, but good enough. Spa pavelion is beautiful and spa service attentive and professional. The best part is the lovely hotspring pool -- temperature is just right and body feels so relaxed after each soak.

About the hotel:
I d give it a 2.5 out of a 5. The site the hotel has is beautiful and the infrastructure is great (grounds are beautiful). however, there is a lack of upkeep on the property (could be that the hotel is having financial difficulties since the Tsumani, I m not sure??). The spa could have been cleaner (there was mold on the walls of the steam room). If Hotsprings just stepped up a bit on the cleanliness, updates some of its facilities, it could get a 5 out of a 5.

About the reservation service:
Overall, booking service was fine. We had no problems checking into the hotels. The Sawadee agents could improve written english skills a bit.

The hot spring source was found in this piece of land about 40 years ago. The water was originally sprung out about 3.5 m above the ground. However, due to the land development, a concrete wall was made to cover the spring which reduces its height to 1-1.5 m at the present day.

Out natural hot spring mineral water has many health benefits, such as:

cleanses and beautifies your skin .
eases and soothes tired or aching muscles and joints.
eases tension and de-stress with the comfortable water temperature (approx. 45 °C)
provides more effective massage by deep heating the muscles prior to your treatment .

Furthermore, the elements dissolve in the water are thought to have therapeutic value, for instance:

Calcium is vital for bone structures and aiding in the function of muscular tissues.
Iron enables red blood cells to carry oxygen around the body, which is vital for the formation of the hemoglobin.

Our spectacular resort provides 5-star accommodation with 75 guestrooms in total which separated into 8 room types. Each room type has different special features to suite our guests' needs. Hot spring Spa is based on the Hot spring of Nature. The Hot spring of Nature helps us to re-connect with nature to help balance the mind, body and soul.

5 private spa pavilions are located in the compound of resort surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Each Pavilion feature 2 massage beds, outdoor hot spring Jacuzzi, relaxation Sala.
Hot spring in the entire pavilion. Hot spring temperature and benefit of better health for our guests, Calcium good for bone structures and balancing of muscular tissues, Iron enhances blood cells to carry oxygen around the body good for the element of the hemoglobin, Magnesium is one of the most important for muscular tissue and good for the kidney as well.
The vegetables, fruits and herbs used in these treatments come from our own organic herb garden, as much as possible.

We also offer Food for your Soul that includes activities such as Meditation class and Tai Chi classes for complimentary.

Walk Meditation classes are available on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 5pm.
