We have 6 luxury holiday homes to rent on a superb International development surrounding a fabulous pool 'With FREE CAR HIRE'. The development is gated and secure, with 24 hour security. The Villas can sleep up to eight in comfort and are furnished to the very highest European standard, with designer features throughout and landscaped grounds. These properties are a comfortable stroll from the beach and come complete with maid service. They are also fully air conditioned, so whatever time of year you visit you can be assured of a comfortable stay.

The properties are ideally situated to explore Thailand's fascinating history, and with the fabulous climate and some of the best entertainment in the world, you will never be bored! If you are more inclined to windsurfing, jet skiing or just swimming you will find lots of opportunities to indulge in your sport around the coast, and if you are a diver you will be staggered at the beauty and diversity of the marine life in the oceans within easy reach. There are numerous zoos and parks suitable for all the family, and shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets can be found nearby If lounging on the beach all day is your idea of the perfect break, Jomtien Beach is just a comfortable stroll away. And of course there is Thailand's legendary nightlife - no trip is complete without a visit!

The new refurbished Villa 138/81 it is no longer the same as the others, it has 4 bedrooms all with on-suite and king size beds (6') as well as a further bathroom on the ground floor. The ground floor is now open plan of some 1000sq feet and very spacious.

Our 138/81 luxury four bedroom holiday villa with free use of car and private children's and main swimming pool, it offers four large bedrooms with on-suite facilities, a fabulous private jacuzzi within the adult pool, children pool, waterfall feature, sundeck and purpose built BBQ.

Outside areas to the right with beautifully laid out gardens with lawn, large natural wooden swing and rustic seating for four persons. There is also outside seating on the sundeck area for six persons on a large Rosewood table and benches.

The Sundeck area has an external shower, it is surrounded by lights which can be used for late night BBQ and socializing, there are two living areas one for entertainment satellite TV DVD etc with surround sound system fitted into the ceiling and the main area also has it's own seating.

Baan-Phailin, completed construction early in 2006 at Viewpoint and is situated on a quiet road on the East side of the development. Gated and secure with off road parking these good size gardens are ideal for families with younger children in total safety whilst unattended. Four double bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area with marble floors, air conditioning and entertainment facilities gives a perfect option verses a hotel environment.

The external kitchen door opens to a tiled rear area with lawns to the rest of the gardens. The large communal pool 16 meters by eight meters with a 5 meter children's pool is also set in large gardens with seating, toilets and shower facilities just a short stroll away about three to four minute walk from your Villa. A new Thai restaurant is close-by and opens at 0830 until the late hours serving Thai and European food. Perfect for families or single groups alike.

Baan-Sumalee is a recent addition to our portfolio (September 2007) is a very spacious five double bedroom Villa. Set in its own gardens secure with private off road parking making this Villa an ideal family home with the added advantage that it is only a 35 meter walk from door to the waters edge of the 16 meter communal pool with adjoining 5 meter pool just 60cm deep for the younger ones. This pool is set in spacious gardens with toilet and shower facilities in beautiful and relaxing surroundings.

This luxury, open plan design, three bedroom bungalow situated at Viewpoint offers 550 sq meters of tropical mature gardens with various species of palms, trees and flowers. The private pool 9m x 5m has a separate shallow children's area for safe swimming along with underwater lighting for your evening swim in the bath warm waters.

- Lounge / Family Areas - As is traditional in Thailand the interior design of ground floors, apart from the kitchens, is open-plan.  Rooms are light and spacious with marble floors, air conditioning, and some have additional variable-speed ceiling fans. All will seat six to eight people in comfort, and all come complete with an entertainment system, cable or satellite TV, CD / DVD with theatre surround sound. Several properties now also feature high speed Internet access .

- Dining Areas - Although part of the open plan arrangement, the interior design of most dining areas separates them from other areas with free standing furniture. Most can seat eight comfortably and feature western interior decoration.

- Kitchens - Kitchens feature western decor and are fully fitted with granite worktops, ceiling and extractor fans, cooker, hob, washing machine, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, fresh drinking water supply, kettle, some with dishwasher, full range of cooking utensils and place settings for 6 to 8 persons.

- Bedrooms - All bedrooms feature western interior design and have ample fitted or free standing furniture including dressing tables and hair dryer. Most are air conditioned and have a bathroom / shower room on-suite. All beds are 5' or 6'.

- Interior decoration - Most floors in the houses are made of polished marble, and the properties are air conditioned to keep you cool on the hottest days. The interior design reflects western decor but incorporates traditional Thai craftsmanship. No expense has been spared to make this a truly luxurious holiday experience.

- Breakages - We respect that you will take care of our property during your stay, but will expect you to pay for any damage before you leave.

Boat trips regularly leave throughout the season and can be chartered for fishing trips.

- Golf Information - Golf has been a major sport in Thailand since the 1920s when the first championship course was opened. There are now over 200 golf courses in the kingdom and 18 of the finest can be found in the Pattaya area and within easy reach of the property. Although the courses are of International standard, the prices reflect the low cost of everything in Pattaya. Weekday visitors' green-fees cost around 500 Baht, and another 200 Baht will get you a professional caddy to carry your clubs, provide refreshments and shield you from the sun. The Eastern Seaboard Golf Club will allocate International handicaps according to the USGA rules upon receipt of your score card.
