About the hotel: Lovely resort, we had one of the Tropical chalets and the rooms are immaculate and extremely spacious. The gardens the accommodation and pool is set in is so pretty and secluded with fruit trees and flowers. Wonderfully restful and away from any loud bars. The spa onsite is great too with really friendly and experienced staff.
The only downside with this place is that they do not serve alcohol in the restaurant and the restaurant staff were a little moody. Breakfast was kind of weird mix, cold noodles
About the reservation service: Very professional service which updates you of what exactly is going on with your transactions. No problems with booking at accommodation on arrival. Great rate too, would use again.
About the hotel: We stayed in a Tropical Villa with our two small children and it was really spacious. The restaurant was one the better at Railay (try the Massaman Curry, fantastic!), however they only serve beer (no Cocktails or Long drinks).
The pool area is very nice. Breakfast buffet was also ok.
Good location between Phra Nang Beach and West Railay.

About the hotel: Wonderful, picked it on pvs good comments and is really a gem. Stayed in one of the villas, which was a dream with beautiful decor and very spacious. The garden and pool area is very pretty, the staff lovely and the spa great. The location is great on East Raley with sea views, though no sandy beach right there.

About the hotel: hatten eine super zeit in dieser anlage zimmer essen personal einfach nur gut einziger nachteil von der Railay beach auf der seite wo das hotel liegt ist es durch die vielen boote sehr laut am strand und dieser ist nicht besonderst gut aber in nur 5 min kann man an zwei super stränden sein diese entschädigen alles ,einfach nur ein traum

About the hotel: The room we stayed in which was a junior suite was lovely, the best I ve stayed in in Thailand.We had two kids and got extra beds which was fine. The rest of the facilities were fine, the gardens were beautiful

The stuff is very kind. I was in the villa and the small difference in the cost between the regular room and the villa was worth it.
It is within 5-10 minutes walk from a beautifull beach - phranang beach. I would wormly recommand this hotel.

About the hotel: Sunrise, though a beautiful and quiet resort, is unfortunately in need of some repair considering the price. A few things with our Bungalow: broken shower + very noisy A/C (we had to move); cockroaches in both sealed bungalows; very dirty furniture & furnishings; and an ant invasion (they had to call in a fumigator - and started chipping away at the wood beams with a screwdriver!). The pool was dirty and cold. The apartments are probably a better deal. Breakfast is decent, but make sure to eat your 300B worth. Frankly, were I not here for the climbing, I m not sure why I d go to Railay. It is crowded, dirty, open sewage, food is generally poor and twice the price of the rest of Thailand, often noisy with generator, and very polluted, with 1 stroke longtail boats and open air garbage. Railay is in poor need of infrastructure and community efforts to clean up the place and make it sustainable. If you are a climber, stay on Tonsai, but don t expect the food or quality to be any better.

About the hotel: Absolutely loved this place. We stayed in one of the villas with the outdoor shower. It was a beautiful room and I would definately stay here again. The grounds were well taken care of and the staff was friendly and helpful
