Railay Princess Resort and Spa has well appointed air-conditioned room, all with hot shower bath room, hair dryer, mini-bar, satellite television, coffee set and available 24 hours safety boxes.

About the hotel:
Nice hotel, a bit expencive but the rooms are big and they have a nice pool, great restaurant and are close to the beautiful west beach.

First of all, there is no such thing as railay east or west. Its a 2 minute walk from one side to the other. The Princess is in a great location right in the middle which offers the proximity to the beach in the west and the restaurants and bars in the east. The room was great and so was the pool. Kind staff. We highly recommend.

No shelves. No cupboards. No internet on the hotel. It was bad that we had to go to your other hotel. You expect more from a hotel with that standard

Room and bathroom facilities far from what we exspected and far from the pictures on the internet. Breakfast buffet very good and a friendly reception. Good servive with room cleaning and change of towells

Booked at a reduced price which made the stay ok for the money. If we had payed full price it would have been overpriced for what it was worth.

We stayed in this beautiful little hotel for about a week. The staff was wonderful, good at english, and did everything they could to make us comfertable. We will come back soon. Nice clean, sevice okay.

A good quality resort and good value for money. Staff helpful and friendly, but overall effect slightly spoiled by poor management. Lack of information in room (how to work TV, aircon etc). Lack of information about facilities; no one told us that Raily Beach is a sister hotel, where we could use pool, wifi etc free of charge. At our end of the hotel there had been some building work months ago; although the gardener swept up the leaves etc, no one seemed to think to include in his job description tidying up the building rubble. Nevertheless, we would consider going there again, if we come back to Raily.

El hotel no está mal y es preferible si no se está en uno de los de la playa, estar en este porque está cerca de las dos playas pero no se oyen ruidos. El bufet del desayuno tampoco está mal y son muy amables.

Very nice hotel. Very close to all beaches. Large clean, comfortable rooms with aircon. Ok breakfast. Good, reasonably priced restaurant. Good swimmingpool. I can recommend this hotel.

We were little bit disapointed from the hotel. The location is not so good, and there is alot of constructions. For my opinion- go to onother hotel.
