Bay View Resort is located on Phi Phi Island, Laem Hin Beach, Krabi Province. The most spectacular picturesque wide pure sandy beach surrounded by natural jungle and amazing atmosphere. The guest can have a stunning panoramic view across Tonsai bay and of Phi Phi Island from their own bungalow.
We offer 70 bungalows with well-decorated, the bungalow has the local style with large terrace build along the hill we provide each bungalow as Superior, Deluxe or Gramd Deluxe Seaview bungalow depend on location and furnishing. All rooms are including all amenities equipped.
To reach here there are simple ways, From Krabi Airport to Pier takes about 30 minutes, Boat takes about 90 minutes. From Phuket Airport to Phuket Pier or from all beaches in Phuket to Phuket Pier takes about 45minutes.

About the hotel:
On arriving at Bay View we were told that there had been a booking error and that the first of our 4 nights was not booked. This was explained as an error from the booking company and so this review is written taking that at face value. The manager arranged for accomodation at a resort 200m down the beach for our first night - which was a perfectly decent place; an upgrade for one of our bungalows...and also gave us a free meal with drinks that evening as an apology. On that basis we were pretty satisfied that we d been well looked after and not too unhappy at the mix up. As for Bay View...a great place. The food from the restaurant was great from the Thai to the Western dishes, we never had a meal that wasn t fully enjoyed. The bungalows were big with beautiful views of the bay, and were cleaned every day. Reasonable min-bar prices were cheaper than local rip-off mini-markets. Nice pool with bar, (most drinks had to be fetched from the main restaurant and we felt too guilty to ask). Location of Bay View is perfect. We couldn;t hear any of the late night noise form the bars, but were within 5-10 minutes walk of the action with views to die for. Overall...visit here - very much worthwhile.

As above - there was a mix up which meant we had to be moved for our first night. Difficult to know if this was an error at the resort or with the service. We were told, (at the resort) that it was the booking companies fault so I guess we lll take their word for it.

About the hotel:
Our villa was very nice. The room was cleaned and sheets and towels changed every day, and the cleaners were lovely. Would definately recommend Bay View, but there are a couple of things to consider before booking. The villas are situated on a very steep hillside and the walk back at night was hard work! Also, it is situated right at the end of the beach and might seem a bit out of the way, but overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and Phiphi... is amazing!So beautiful. The best part of our trip to Thailand.

The hygen of the hotel is terrible. My poor 2 yr old daughter was bite by bugs for more than 10 times at night. The hotel does not provide tooth brush and tooth paste. I certainly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent resort, just far enough from the night life. Note that all the island is quite overprice but this resort worth it. The breakfast is really excellent !

Upkeep could be better, the personell could be friendlier, but all in all a nice hotel with a great view from some bungalows. The mattresses feel like they are made from concrete.

Very pleasent hotel, seemed to be one of the best on the island. Its at the end of the beach and walking distances from the night life and just faw away not to be bothered. I stayed in room 414 and Bay view it was indeed. Amazing is not even the word to use to describe

The Bay View Resort consists of 70 split level bungalows situated on the hilled of the Laem Hin beach and surrounded by thick tree and gardens. From the bungalows you have a stunning panoramic view across Tonsai bay and of Phi Phi Lae Island.

At the front of the resort lies a 380 meter wide pure white sandy beach. Our bungalows provide enviable comfort and privacy whilst offering the best views available on the island. All rooms feature private balconies overlooking spectacular blue sea and are surrounded by natural jungle.  The most important aspects of the resort is the LOCATION. Outstanding views are realized from most bungalows because of the hillside location and the resort is at the quiet end of a long beach but only 15 minutes walk from the pier and the heart of the village.

Therefore guests can enjoy a relaxing quiet beach holiday with outstanding views but
still have access to many other restaurants, shops and activities.

Practically decorated bungalows in local style with large terrace build along the hill all offer a great nature view. Depending on location and furnishings they are offered as Superior, Deluxe or Grand Deluxe Seaview Bungalow.
