Ascot Krabi Hotel is situated in the heart of Ao Nang area, just 20 minutes away from the glittering white sandy beach and indigo Andaman Sea. All the way along the path leading to the beach, there are numerous stalls, local and international restaurants making it convenient when searching for beach apparels and holiday necessities as well as places to grab a bite and drinks. All spacious guestrooms are splendidly decorated in contemporary Thai style and fully equipped with quality amenities along with Wi-Fi internet access and private balcony boasting magnificent sea views.
Aside from spa and massage treatments and delectable restaurant on-site, various activities in the area include diving, snorkeling, rock climbing, kayaking, and trekking.

Room was excellent, towels were made into little cute elephants. A/c, water heater & safe were in excellent condition.
Many maybe put off by its location but i found it to be great. On my way to the hotel (and vice versa), I get to check out all the shops and restaurants. Its location is definitely not an issue for me. It s only about 10 minutes to the beach depending on your pace.
On its left there are many restaurants and hawkers on 3-wheel motorcycles. In Thailand its a cardinal sin not to try their hawker food. Prices are half of restaurants, their cooking is more authentic and they have halal & non halal stuff. Totally love their som tam, pancakes and fresh fruits.
Opposite Ascot there is a bank and 7-11.
My only complaint is they have very limited TV channels. Perhaps should add a sports and MTV channel each. I totally miss my Thai MTV channels.
Stayed on the 1st floor with front view. Very peacefully indeed. I left my laundry on the balcony, by evening they are all dry.
Everyone at Ascot were very friendly. Would definitely recommend Ascot to anyone. "

Ascot Krabi is in the beautiful location and offers a good value for travelers. It is twenty minutes far from the beach. Along the way to the beach, you can see many products sold at wayside. There are a 24hour restaurant, 7-11, and MC Donald close by. Ascot facilities include spa, tour counter, wireless internet access and free taxi for those who might want to travel to AoNang.
We have new clean rooms and room facilities include private
balcony, safety box, water heater, mini bar, room service and laundry. In
front of mailbox, the police will come every one hour. You can make sure
that you and your property will be safe.
Please come to visit the room before making decision. Ascot Krabi is a good choice when in Krabi. We do hope to serve you soon. Welcome to Krabi.

Apart from its natural attractions, Krabi is also a popular place for scuba diving and
snorkeling, kayaking, rock climbing, and jungle treks by foot, mountain bike or elephant. Famous spots for
Kayaking include Ko Hong, Ko Karot, Ko Phak Bia, Ko Ku Du, and Tha Len, while Tham Phra Nang and Hat Rai Le are a mecca for climbers from all over the world. Abseiling has currently become another popular sport in Krabi.
Located 35 kilometres from the provincial town, Ban Tha Len, abounds with mangrove forests and ghost crabs. Tham Khangkhao or the bat cave has impressive stalactites and stalagmites. There is a panoramic view of Krabi's sea, offshore islands, and mangrove forests are visible.

Golf Krabi has one 18-hole golf course to the south of Krabi town with a new development currently underway by an international group including Colin Montgomery.
