Tanote Villa Hill nestles itself firmly amongst the Coconut and various fruit trees on the East side of Koh Tao Island overlooking the vast ocean of the Gulf of Thailand. Tanote Villa Hill Resort has a magical ambience where perfect balance is made by nature. The resort is situated on the hillside of Tanote Bay on an estate of 12 Rai, which includes private luxury villas, bar & restaurant.

On arrival to our resort you will hear the most welcoming ceremony from the many forest insects, & birds singing, blending in with the trees moving in the ocean wind and then absorbing the most spectacular view from our restaurant looking over the whole of Tanote Bay.

Tanote Villa Hill has recently undergone a complete transformation and now boasts some of the best accommodation on Koh Tao, each private villa offers either pool and or sea views and offers its own unique bathroom facilities.

We have recently just completed updating our swimming pool and installed a brand new infinity pool, again offering superb views out to sea and a sun terrace inviting you to enjoy a relaxing cocktail or two. The beach is only a 3-5 minute walk from the resort, taking you into another world, enjoy the walk following the wooden bridge and walk alongside our mountainous waterfall.

These Villas are ideally located within easy reach of the Bar & Restaurant. They offer private balcony and seating area to enjoy the evening sounds of the tropical surroundings. These Villas contain one double bed allowing for 2 persons.

Built next to a picturesque waterfall, the Paradise Suite pool Villa has it's own pool with private sun deck and terrace from where you can admire the wonderful sea view and listen to the nearby waterfall. More stunning views can be seen from the spacious sleeping area and lounge with it's large windows.

Restaurant:
Our Restaurant is renowned for its magnificent view point looking over Tanote Bay and is situated just above our infinity pool. Our resident Chef has been trained under a European Chef and is offering the finest in both Thai and European cuisine and our Bar Tenders are second to none able to produce all your favorite cocktails as well as a few of their own signature cocktails. For the younger travelers in your family our Restaurant is open from 6.30pm and a kiddies menu available.

Swimming Pool:
Our infinity pool built into the side of the mountain amongst the palm trees, overlooking Tanote Bay, offers some of the most stunning views found on the east side of Koh Tao. Relax and enjoy a breathtaking swim whilst admiring the view of the ocean or a pool side cocktail to cool you in the heat of the day.

Use it in the comfort and privacy of your own villa, while enjoying a drink in the restaurant of even when relaxing by the poolside!

Diving and Snorkeling:
Koh Tao is infamous for its beautiful dive spots and marine life. Water temperature in the Gulf of Thailand around Koh Tao is perfect conditions for coral reef growth and hence an abundance of marine life.
