About the hotel:
This hotel was perfect for me and my friends, it has one pool that is always playing house music, had foam parties and another pool which is quiet and secluded. The rooms were new and well set out- my only problem was the beds were too short for most people and while we were there the resort ran out of clean towels. The included breakfast could also be improved. This resort was about 5 minutes walk from all the main action which was good as you could get away from the noise later on. So if you are young and love to party this resort is perfect. I will be back again next year!

While the resort was good. The booking made through Res24 website and the resorts website was not properly provided. I specifically ordered and paid in advance for a twin room and agreed it however the resort said they told the booking agency they could not provide it. Using third party agencies to book the rooms is misleading and inaccurate if teh resort will not provide whatver their agent offers. I refund was not possible as the agency had the money rather than the resort.I will not be booking through Res24 in the future. The resort was good but too far away from the beach and the AC smelt like a sewer.

About the hotel:
Drop In Club Resort and Spa was the most shocking hotel i have ever stayed at, I would never recommend it to anyone! The manager of the hotel was rude and incompetent. many other people also had the same feelings towards the hotel and the same problems. I will never stay there again.

we were very dissapointed in our room, not at all what we expected!! the photos we viewed online before our trip were very different to the room we were given when we arrived. most of the people we spoke to staying at the drop in club were dissapointed with the rooms and felt quite ripped off! not worth the money we paid for it

Hotel service is good. Room was nice, but the bathroom flooded when we showered. Sadly they could not solve this issue! If you looking for some quiet place at night, stay away. Near the full moon party the host afternoon parties which make sleeping impossible! Also. the pool water was green because of the foam parties, which I hink is unnaceptable for a so-called luxury resort.

The hotel is turn old, even the the new building. The day time staff in reception counter is very nice and good services, but night time I had found a very crude and not politeness staff, following is my complain: I arrived Drop In Hotel at November 03, at that night, no any water inside my room, I ring to counter, he call me wait, I wait until 11 o clock, still no water, I went down to counter ask what is happening? At that time only one man in the counter, he was eating his dinner box, When I ask him why no water, he displays the impatient, he said go back room and wait, I will inform you when have water, I can t help you anything . Then I ask him can I change room have water, he said I can t do anything, and call me get out, his manner make me angry, I request to see manager, but he said all the staff and manager is go back home and sleep, he call me come back tomorrow because I am angry to him, he would not help me anything. I had travel to Thailand many times, this is the first time I meet a not politeness hotel staff. Every year I come to Koh Phangan one time for Thai boxing training, I will bad list this hotel, and ask all my friend don t come this hotel again.
