About the hotel: Super Hotel with relaxing athmosphere and lots of helpful staff. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Thailand and Panviman was by far the most exclusive and non busy quality hotel. Very nice beach without rocks, also good for kids. Great pool and amazing view. Calm beach with a few, not many, restaurants nearby. The only bad comment is the poor road the last 300 m from the main road to the Hotel.

About the hotel: Exceptional. The whole experience was outstanding. The location was beautiful, the accomodation was excellent but most of all the staff were extremely professional, friendly and polite.. a true credit to the hotel.

About the hotel: Nice hotel... rooms are very well furnished, good size and the bathroom is a dream, with a bath (which is more like a small swimming pool). Hotel is well looked after and so were we, staff are very attentive and helpful cant fault them at all.
Only couple of negative points - Restaraunt very over priced for what you get (buffet breakfast was very good no problems)and also room service and laundry service very over priced compared to other hotels have stayed at on the island (got charged 70B for a bucket of ice?)
About the reservation service: Unfortunatly not so good this time... Trying to arrange the pick up service turned out to be a right night mare!! Numerious emails and took a while to get replies. In the end, got our own taxi when arrived at Koh Chang
