" Добрый вечер! Мы отдыхали с мужем с 3 мая по 14 мая. Отель нам очень понравился. С первых минут нахождения в отели было видно что к клиенту относятся как к дорогому гостю. Мы приехали в самую жару и нам сразу же дали влажные салфетки и дали сок, который очень был к месту. Затем нас поселили в номер. В номере все было чистенько, постельное белье было белоснежного цвета, полотенца тоже такие же. Перед тем как ехать в этот отель мы причитали очень много отзывов и соответственно они были очень разные, но все замечания которые были прописаны мы не заметили. На балконе у нас стояло 2 лежака, которые были в нормальном состояние. Матрасы на них тоже не были рваными. Конечно видно что это не совсем новое, но простите меня мы и не ехали в новый отель, а все должны понимать что в номерах останавливаются разные люди и как чаще всего бывает некоторые люди не берегут вещи если они не твои. Но мы были довольны всем. Завтраки проходили в ресторане который находится на территории. Покушать можно на любой вкус и для любых национальностей. Голодным не останется никто. Бассейн всегда был чистый с лежаками никаких проблем не было, хватало всем. Пляж всегда был тоже чистым. Убирали как то не заметно для отдыхающих. На рецепшене всегда улыбающийся обслуживающий персонал. Даже охрана и та всегда улыбалась. Нам очень все понравилось, конечно было бы желание, то наверное можно было бы найти какие- то недостатки, но все же должны понимать что кто зачем едет. Мы недостатков не заметили. Но даже если и были проблемы, то их можно было решить сразу же буквально в течении 2-3 минут. Так что если мы еще раз поедем, то обязательно остановимся в этом отеле. "

Getting to Koh Chang Take a taxi from near Trat’s Bus Station for the 20-minute drive to Laem Ngop or From the airport, The ferries depart from the pier between Ao Thammachart and Ao Sapparos every hour, from 07.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m. The trips take about 30 minutes.
