About the hotel: Nice hotel. On about 15 minutes walking distance from the beach, although have to cross a busy road.
Simple but good breakfast buffet.
NO elevator what could be a problem for elderly or disabled people.
About the reservation service: No problems with the internet booking. Everything worked great and smoothly.
About the hotel: hotel as being quite new is good but no lift at hotel why?seeing it being new.other down side hotel is by a rail track and the trains sound horn not good at 5am cotten wool needed.hotel good as for being clean and nice rooms and free internet

About the hotel: a beautiful new hotel, ok if you have transport or like walking into hua hin town centre.if you have any type of disability, the hotel does not have a lift or ramped access.the standard rooms are on the very upper floors (4th).
a railway runs behind the hotel and always sounds its horn when approaching the crossing.staff very helpful, room very good, breakfast good choice of western food. thai jim (UK)
About the reservation service: excellent except sawadee did not know no lift was present or extra fee for a room on a lower floor if disabled.no contact from sawadee ref my complaint.
About the hotel: This hotel cannot be recommended . Located beside the railway and due to train very loud at night . Breakfast terrible, because all food cold , even the eggs . Only 1 small soap for 2 persons in bathroom . Shower very slippery and dangerous . Service staff does not speak English . Restaurant only open from 7.30 until 10.30 AM for breakfast , after that closed. No snacks or food available . No other restaurant around . Far from beaches and night bazaar , need transportation . Will never stay there again .

along Highway No. 35 (Thon Buri-Pak Tho) passing Samut Sakhon and Samut
Songkhram Provinces and then take Highway No. 4 to Hua Hin Total distance
is 123 kilometers. Alternatively, it is possible to travel via Nakhon
Pathom and Ratchaburi Provinces. Private transportation can be arranged
from Bangkok Airport or from your Hotel in Bangkok to Hua Hin. The trip
takes approximately 2.5 hrs.

Airlines provides 3 - 4 flights daily to Hua Hin (45 minutes).
By Train: Daily
trips from the historic Hua Lum Pong Train Station Bangkok to Royal

Various agencies in Bangkok operate minivans to Hua Hin. At the Monument
, in front of Rajavitee Hospital section , minivan leaves every 30 minutes
from 6 am - 6 pm everyday. The trip takes approximately 2.5 hours.
