About the hotel:
the hotel itself is very good. The gardens are beautiful are the swimming pools are great. Bungalows are clean. The hotel staff is very nice. The only problem is the breakfast , really poor.No choice for food , very poor quality , and not very clean It seems that the staff for the restaurant does not belong to the hotel as the difference between the hotel and restaurant is huge.

Very nice rooms, especially due to the single houses. Good distance from the city centre by tuk tuk or a nice walk via the beach site. Restaurant food is under performing.

Two big drawbacks of staying at this hotel: The area is full of mosquitoes and there are no mossie nets over the bed as is the case with most other hotels in this area. The breakfast is very poor and the restaurant is very down market. Also it states that it is close to the beach! Well if a piece of wet sand at low tide is a beach then that is true!!

the room was nice and clean, the pool wasn t very clean, but still nice and pleasent. the resort is a little far away from downtown, but offer a ride twice a day. free bicycle available also. overall- we liked it a lot.

Very nice small scale, a litle out of hua hin, we hired a moterbike and that gave some more flexibility. Staff (specialy reception) more than willing to help if needed. Very relaxed we stayed 7 nights after pre booking the first 4 extended against the same internetrate for the last 3. Hua Hin however, besides the greet eating options has not much to do.

very fast, serveral conformation e-mails, gave a good feeling (you never no using an internet site for the fist time) would reconmend for next time

Good service from staff. Hotel abit far off from town. Better to take songtheaw for 10 baht to anyhow from takiab to hua hin town rather than 140 for taxi service.

This was our 2nd time in Baan Duangkaew Resort, last summer 2 weeks and now 27 days. Staff is very helpfull and nice and Bungalow area is very clean. If you looking for paradise from Hua Hin, this is it.
