Away Pranburi is a beachfront boutique resort offering laid-back accommodation for up to 16 guests in four Thai-style villas and a 55-year-old traditional Thai teakwood house. Here, on the ocean front in Pranburi, just two and a half hours south of Bangkok, is the ideal spot to chill out in surroundings that are simple, natural and friendly. The first and largest bedroom covers the top floor of a charming 55 year old Northern style Thai teak house with high ceilings, a luxury bathroom plus outdoor teak tub and shower. This bedroom, suitable for a couple and two young children, is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

The second bedroom features double bedroom luxury bathroom - air-conditioning outdoor shower. Both bedrooms open up onto a large relaxing private covered verandah offering views over the pool to the beach.

Away Pranburi has a small private dinning area on the ground floor of the old Thai house in the centre of the resort. It provided a unique relaxed homely felling offering great food and music, just the way you want it.

RECREATION

- Activity - There are numerous activities available in the surrounding area, such as excursions to the Hua Hin night markets, visiting off-shore islands or even some strenuous climbing experience in the limestone mountains of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. a trekking tour in Kaeng Krachan National Park is also available on.

By Air Plane
SSGA Airlines provides 3 - 4 flights daily to Hua Hin (45 minutes).

By Car
Drive along Highway No. 35 (Thon Buri-Pak Tho) passing Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram Provinces and then take Highway No. 4 to Hua Hin Total distance is 123 kilometers. Alternatively, it is possible to travel via Nakhon Pathom and Ratchaburi Provinces.

By Bus
Buses from Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal .The trip takes about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Various agencies on Khao San Road in Bangkok operate minivans to Hua Hin .The bus leaves for Bangkok from a station next to Siripetchkasem Hotel. In addition, there are air-conditioned buses leaving for Chumpon Province (4 hours), Surat Thani Province (7hours), Phuket Province (10 hours) and Krabi Province (9 hours).

By Train
The trip takes about 3-3/4 hours from Bangkok; 1st class fare (rapid and express only), 2nd class (rapid and express only) and 3rd class.
