About the hotel: The Studio99 apartments are the best accommodation we have ever stayed at in Thailand. The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and the service was excellent and staff very welcoming. Whilst its location could be seen as a little out of the way, the peace and quiet was serene. It was an easy walk to Old City and to Night Bazaar precinct. Would highly recommend this place to any traveller staying in Chiang Mai whether for business or travel holidays.

About the hotel: At Studio99 the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well equipped and incredibly spacious (Think hotel suite!) There is a separate living room with TV and DVD player there was also a well equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities. I believe this property is 2 years old but everything was impeccably clean and modern. Staff were very personable, helpful and genuinely friendly. Location was perfect, situated in a quiet lane just off the main road but still close to everything and the Night Bazaar was under 5 minutes walk. We stayed in some nice hotels during our stay in Thailand but Studio99 definitely was the best in terms of comfort, value for money and location. We can not fault this place.

About the hotel: The apartment I stayed in was bright, lovely and clean. I really liked it. The staff were friendly and nice. The only thing I didn t like was the location. It s situated in a very narrow alley that most cars can t go through.. so I had to drag my stuff all the way from the main street every time I went shopping.
About the hotel: The serviced apartment is really nice. A very comfort and cozy place to stay in and i wish i can stay there for a longer trip. Besides the accommodation, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful which i really appreciate a lot. About the hotel: Very clean hotel,beautiful staff.Transfer from airport waiting for us.We stayed in the bottom unit no.1 we had a little court yard with table and chairs.Very close to night markets day markets very central to everything.I wish i had stayed longer. I spent 5 nights could of spent longer so much to do in chaing mai.

About the hotel: Very nice rooms and comfortable. Very accomodating, friendly and helpful staff. They gave me help on directions and good places to go. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. (They even let me check out very late 6pm...but there was some miscommunication to me between staff members about whether this would cost extra or not - 300 baht) Regardless, my stay was better than I expected and much nicer than a hotel.
About the hotel: The aparments are well located near to the night markets and to the old city.\r\n\r\nIt was kept nice and clean,and the furntiure is all modern.

About the hotel: My husband, mother-in-law & 2 yo son all stayed in a 2BR apartment. We were impressed by the clean well kept rooms. The living area and bedrooms were spacious. Service was good by staff. It is located very close to Chiang Mai night bazzar and there are lots of restaurants, internet, laundry and other services nearby. We were able to prepare some of our own meals if we wanted to. I would recommend this for families and others looking for a quiet, well located, clean place to stay.
