Royal Peninsula Hotel is the most excellent international standard hotel. Located in the heart of Chiang Mai City, it is an ideal location for the tourist. We offer 105 guestrooms (75 Standard Studios, 15 Deluxe Studios & 15 Junior Suites) and 20 rooms with built-in kitchen.
Located in the downtown city center, walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. 5 min short-ride to the famous "Night Bazaar".

About the hotel:
Very good hotel. The Staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant where you can sing karaoke songs by night, very funny. Rooms are very clean, everything was perfect.

Everything is good in this hotel. Swiming pool is small but very purpose, free underground parking. A small nuance - very strange duvets... But it is just a shade

An OK hotel, but the pool was no good. There was only 1 sunbed and no place to relax by the pool. There was sighs with fitness room, but there was none.

This hotel is not bad given the price and within walking distance of the old city. Reasonable small swimming pool but hardly any chairs for sitting out. We would have liked coffee making facilites. More variety for western type breakfast would also have been nice.

About the hotel:
I found this hotel pretty basic, but it is cheap! Had to carry my own bags (but I am a Big Boy!!). The Reception people are friendly, and seem to speak English well enough (although I was speaking in Thai most of the time in Chiangmai!) It is pretty close to the action, and plenty of local transport available outside. I got a great view from the balcony of my 6th Floor room. Would recommend.
