About the hotel:
Fantastic family run boutique hotel! Great Lanna style architecture, large clean rooms, perfect location, great breakfast, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any Family or friends visiting Chiang Mai.

SPLENDID hotel. Like a very new, quaint, bed and breakfast. The staff is phenomenal. Wonderful, wonderful!! Great location on a very quiet street, only 10 min from night market. Laundry service is right next door and very cheap.
About the reservation service:
only issue was that after I booked and paid for hotel, the reservationist contacted me and said she misquoted the price by 300 baht. and i had to pay the difference. it was 300 baht total and they were very apologetic.

About the hotel:
Very nice peaceful Lanna style hotel with clean rooms. Good breakfast. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. Is very close to any place in the center, but far enough to be very quiet. I certainly will come back.
