Hotel foyer was very impressive. Room was large and comfortable. Room service and cleaning excellent. Laundry VERY expensive.

Excellent value for money. Best 3 star in Thailand. Staff courteous and efficient. Rooms great. Breakfast good. I have nothing but praise for the hotel and will stay there again without hesitation.

About the hotel:
Hotel was a bit quiet, maybe because of low season. The room and bathroom is very clean and modern, service pretty good. For the price paid online, I think it is a very good deal, no complains and a nice hotel for holiday stay in Chiangmai. Extended stay for 2 more nights!

Beautiful Hotel But a bit pricy. Small clean rooms. The pool is very shallow. Breakfast was just ok.

Very nice hotel. Reception staff perfect, friendly and always positive. Made a tour arrangement with the hotel witch was real good. An enormous breakfast and a pleasant pool. Nightmarket closeby. Good price at the internet, shuould go there if visit Chiang Mai again.

Hotel Empress is ideally located in the heart of Chiang Mai. Its perfect location close to the many shopping centres and shopping streets and friendly and warm staff makes it a home away from home. I highly recommend it to my family and friends who may be visiting Chiang Mai in future.

About the hotel:
I ve stayed in so many Thai hotels that I always turn up a little worried that it ll be awful, as so many are. In fact this hotel is one of the best I ve stayed in. I cannot fault anything about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. The breakfast is really good with a large choice of anything you could need. The location is walkable to the night bazaar, or a two minute tuk tuk ride if you wish.
