Windsor Suites located in the heart of Bangkok. The access to many key locations easily by BTS (sky train) or MRT (subway station). You can be assured. You can go anywhere, do not miss any meetings or business. And close to Benjasiri Public Park, Shopping Complex, 5 minutes drive to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Distance to the Airport either Domestic or International is a 25 km. Drive for approximately 30 minutes.

Hotel offers comfort in all suites, 460 rooms equipped with luxurious facilities and modern. Facilities here include a currency exchange service, business center, postal services. High-speed wireless Internet in all areas, Flower Shop, Rental Cars, Swimming pool etc.

most of staffs r not rude.not professional.room s very old n dirty.i always travel to bkk,that s the worse hotel in my experience.nver n nver stay in this hotel agian.

About the hotel:
I stayed hotel during its promotion, my room was upgraded to Minister Suite, but the suite is fine and value for money. BTW, the hotel is very close to MRT (Sukhumvit) and BTS (Asok)stations, also it is very colse to AE3 Airport Express bus stop (Aork), which is a good help to connect any place of Bangkok.

We were already 2 times in the hotel. The last time is a few years back already. The tooth of time gnaws prepared on the building. The rooms must be already renovated. The next time we will book another hotel.

we spent 2 nights at this hotel, staff were friendly, rooms were clean, nice pool area, no problems. recieved a free room upgrade on arrival to main building too, would stay here again.

I ve stayed at the hotel before but don t remember the rooms to be so dated or badly seviced. Check in was very slow, not enough desk points. The Minister Suite we d booked had very tired decor, was grubby and had ants on the sink surfaces. It looked nothing like the photo on Sawadee.com. I asked to be moved and was given a much better room in the Garden Wing... but beware, there is absolutely no view of the city, (one of the main reasons to book this hotel). However, the price was very good and overall, considering the Soi 20 location, quite good value, (we were on a 3 for 2 night deal). BUT DON T TAKE THE TAXI DEAL ON SAWADEE.COM. You pay over twice the going rate from Bangkok airport to the hotel.

Great system and really easy to use. However, the taxi service offered from BKK to our hotel was too expensive and the Sawadee sitecouldn t cope, (or was too difficult to change), with cancelling this option after the initial booking. Don t use this service, get a taxi at the hotel for half the price!

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and each time I have found it to be very good value. For me the position is perfect, within easy reach of everything you need.

we been staying at this hotel almost every year since 2001 and the standard seem to detorirate not much, but slowly. we had to ask the manager of he breafast restaurant to have bacon, because the chef did not want to serve it. Less personnel than it use to be. But still good hotel for the money.
