About the hotel: New but cheap quality. It will be bad very soon. I requested Double bed and no smoking but the two beds were combined together and the room had a terrible smoking smell. During my stay for 3 days I had to move from the room to room every day. Never ever had such a bad experience. Location is also very inconvenient when you use taxi.
About the hotel: Ok as a mid range Bangkok hotel. Room was ok though we asked for some more coffee sachets and although they said they would bring some up they never did. Breakfast was truely horrible - less so when we arrived earlier on the second day but even so was still bad - cold fried eggs anyone?!
About the hotel: Hotel is brand new, very clean and modern. Wireless internet is fast and included with the room. Breakfast was buffet style and tasty. Staff friendly & helpful and spoke English. Held our bags for 5 hours after we checked out for no charge. Easy and cheap to get to using Airport Express bus. Cabs/tuk tuks will take you to nearest sky train and several bus lines to the nearest subway. We came back for a 2nd stay on our way home!
About the hotel: Lovely boutique hotel, close to shopping and eateries in the Pratunam area...... Staff are just the best! We asked where to get more drinking water from, and the bellboy offered to go and get some for us(How good is that?)..... The rooms far exceed the price paid and breakfast is a bonus....... we stayed 3 nights and got complimenatry return airport transfers and a half day tour. Highly recommended for a quality budget stay in the heart of Bangkok

About the hotel: Great little botique hotel, close to markets and shopping. Wonderful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Add the bonus of complimentary half day tour and return airport transfers for a 3 night stay. Great value for money.

About the hotel: The hotel was very clean and it s new. we are very happy with the rooms, it s very spacious and the aircon was cold. The staff there is very polite and helpful. location was superb, it s much better than Bangkok Palace or Eastin hotel that I ve stayed before.They also provide free departure transport for us to the airport. I strongly recommend staying in this cosy hotel.

About the hotel: The hotel and the room were OK, a little bit worn though. The hotel promised a free transfer to the airport in its promotion on sawadee for 2 nights stay. We discussed the time of our transfer with a girl from the staff upon our check-in and once more on the day of our check-out with another man from their staff. But when we came to the hotel at the agreed time (3 p.m.), we were told that we should have come at 2 p.m. That was absolutely ridiculous as both of us - I and my husband had clearly memorized the time of 3 p.m. We had an argument with the staff as it all looked as though they were just pretending and cheating us not willing to take us to the airport for free. We had to treaten the staff that we d leave a negative review on their hotel if they don t take us to the aiport - we had no time to go into the streets and try to catch a taxi (in addition, during this time an emergency mode in bangkok was on). Only after that the staff provided us a taxi with a taxi driver to whom we had to pay 100 Baht.
About the hotel: Very good hotel. Good value for money. Near to shopping areas as MBK etc. Nice and helpfull staaf and the room was very clean. Rather newly built - Frech.
The only problem we had was to get the internet going in the room, but after some efforts from the staaf it worked. The breakfast was so and so...
