About half a kilometer distant to major tourist attraction sites, such as Siam Paragon shoppng mall, MBK, Siam Discovery and Siam Square, as well as Central World and, Rajprasong Intersection. At the same time, the Pratunam Shopping Arcade, Pantip Plaza (IT Mall), Platinum Plaza, Baiyoke Arcade are all in very easy reach as well as the Airport Link Station to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The Best Western Mayfair Suites is a new property managed by Best Western International Hotel. The property is an 8 storey modern design building featuring 3 main room types: Standard Superior, and Deluxe Room, all fully furnished and tasteully decorated. As well there is the Millennio Cafe Restaurant and the Tangerine Massage and Spa available to hotel guests.
About the hotel: overall great - however request for 2 single beds instead of 1 queen size bed for all 4 rooms done for only 3 rooms. otherwise everthing else excellent esp. service and attitude of all staff.
About the hotel: Lovely room with nice furnishings, good beds & linens. Friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was decent but dining room/lobby much too over air-conditioned for our comfort. Internet connection was not very reliable.
About the hotel: Very nice with helpful and friendly staffs. Tuk-tuk service to the main road is certainly a plus point. However, some of the staffs were not well versed in English, hence knowledge of some basic thai would be beneficial.
About the hotel: The BTS Phaya Thai to our hotel is rather far and out of reach for foot-trekkers. Quite inconvenient if you have preference for public transportation.
The staffs services are great and polite, very pleased with your counter staffs.
About the reservation service: My online reservation reply indicated breakfast however due to technical programming error thus my paid E-Voucher in my email did not indicate so. I felt cheated initially, but was clarified by the internet booking company.
About the hotel: I stayed at Best Western Mayfair for several nights during August/ September 09 and found it a pleasant and clean hotel to stay in. Staff were very helpful when it came to getting taxis or leaving luggage for a couple of days. There was free Internet access in the lobby and wifi in every room (for those with laptop). The location of the hotel is okay with some local shopping centres and markets and walking distance and a 15-minute walk to the nearest Sky Train station. It is worth paying the extra 100 bhat to get a bigger room. I found the standard single room a bit small even for just one person. All in all, I d come back.
About the reservation service: Booking with Sawadee was very simple and in this case got me cheaper rates than booking directly through the hotel. Thumbs up.
About the hotel: The hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet considering it is situated near Platinum and Pratunam area. The free tuk tuk ride away from the main road made a huge difference in making your stay a peaceful one. The included breakfast buffet did not have a lot of choices but it wasn t bad at all. The rooms were clean and are equipped with an LCD tv, adjustable airconditioning, a personal ref, a super king sized bed, and hot and cold water in the bathroom.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when getting around the Bangkok (please look for MR. WINAI the very friendly guy from front desk) inspite their difficulties in speaking english. The only problem is the weak wi-fi connection in some of the rooms. We stayed in Best Western for a couple of days before heading to Hua Hin and left our luggages which were kept safely with the hotel security. It was very convenient for backpackers. We definitely recommend Best Western.

About the hotel: Very nice hotel! Arrived in late afternoon and they gave us a superior room instead of the standard we booked. very clean and comfty. The location isnt the best but close to a nightmarket and the free tuk-tuk service is nice.
