Das Hotel Bangkok Palace verfügt über 660 kürzlich neu renovierte, gut eingerichtete Zimmer und Suiten, alle klimatisiert. Alle Räume sind mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Bangkok's wichtigster Geschäfts- und Unterhaltungsgegend. Der Pratunam Großhandelsmarkt liegt in Gehweite, so wie auch andere große Einkaufszentren der Stadt. Leicht vom internationalen Flughafen Bangkok Suvarnabhumi über den nahegelegenen Expressway zugänglich, bietet das Haus sehr einfachen Zugang zu der zukünftigen Airport Rail Link Station und befindet sich nicht zu weit vom Skytrain (BTS) und den U-Bahn Stationen (MRT).
