Car Service Conditions...

You can send your rental vehicle for basic maintenance every 5,000 kms, or once a month (whichever occurs sooner) without expense.

In the unlikely event that you experience mechanical problems that we are unable to fix within 3 hours, we will replace your car with a similar one until such time as yours is repaired.

Similarly, should you experience a breakdown whilst motoring in the Bangkok Metropolitan area we will send a replacement car to you within 3 hours.

Replacement vehicles to other locations throughout Thailand may take a while longer depending on where you are located, however, we guarantee to replace your rental car within 24 hours.
