Maenamburi Resort is located at the centre of the North Coast Koh Samui near the main fresh water source on the island , The warm quiet waters make it ideal for swimming and playing in safety for all the family.
Each chalet comes complete with air-conditioning and fans, coffee maker, hair dryer hot water showers, cable and satellite TV, DVD player (free DVD library is available to guests) mini fridge and a modern digital safe. The chalets are clean and comfortable, with everything you would need. All rooms are also provided with free Wi-Fi internet for the duration of your stay.

About the hotel:
A delightful resort and very welcoming friendly staff. We had a very nice room right on the beach. It was beautiful. However the airconditing was not very effective. The mattresses, although looked new were not very comfortable and needed a mattress topper for more comfort. The bathrooms were in need of some refurbishment, although adequate. There appeared to be a problem with stray dogs on the beach and woke us up some mornings, fighting with other stray dogs. Having said all that it is a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it and would defintely stay there again.

fantastic hotel, staff were very helpful and hotel itself was very clean and tidy, we stayed in a beach front room and the beach was very clean, the water was warm, could not say enough nice things about the helpful staff

The hotel is ok, but really overpriced.The breakfast is very simple, and very expensive: 250 B for eggs, toast and little fruit.The manager is great.

About the hotel:
It s a fantastic small place to relax and recharge the batteries. The rooms are clean and have a nice balcony where you can enjoy having a bier or more in the evening. There are a lot of different restaurants located at the beach or in the small town Maenam which is reachable in a few minutes walk only. Food is delicious and cheap. The stuff is great, they are friendly and very attentive, sometimes I had the impression they can read my wishes from my lips. We have been there the second time and will go back for sure!

Maenamburi is a small resort with lovely bungalows directly located at the beach of Maenam. The rooms are clean and well equipped with satellite TV, DVD-player and room safe. The stuff is very friendly and attentive, sometimes I had the impression that they can read our wishes from our lips, but they are not importunate. Kris the General Manager will look after you when ever you need an assistance. You should ask him for one of is fantastic self made cocktails… incredible good! There are a lot of lovely restaurants at the beach of Maenam and in the small town which you can reach in a few minutes walk (2-5 min.). But also the restaurant at Maenamburi is very delicious and not expensive. It’s a place where you can relax and recharge your battery, it is also a place for gentle tourism… I really hope this will last for a while! We really enjoyed our second stay and definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Maenamburi. We booked a garden villa but got upgraded to abeach bungalow to be close to our parents which had on the beach villas. The staff just could not do a enough for you certainly we shall come back again.

The warm quiet waters make it ideal for swimming and playing in safety for all the family. The beach itself is Pha Ngan Island sheltered from the wind and waves. It is narrow and sloping with warm and gently lapping waves, here you can play in the water and on the beach. Maenam is usually much less crowded than Lamai and not too noisy like Chaweng.

Maenam has a larger native community, than Chaweng or Lamai. If you are looking for relaxed holiday, Maenam Beach will be the best answer. Local market, convenience stores, and temples this can be found along Main Street. Nowadays, Maenam is a venue of many small simple-but-artistic shops: restaurant, book stores, souvenir shops, and art shops.
