The Serena Beach Villas are located in Bophut also known as Fisherman`s Village. The villas are conveniently located a few minutes walk from the beach - a wide and beautiful two kilometer sweep of golden sand known as Bophut Bay.
Serena Beach Villa - are fully furnished, tastefully decorated two bedroom two bathroom villas with a double bed and twin beds (both bedrooms are air-conditioned). There is a spacious living room with cable tv, two sofas and dining area. The is a kitchen suitable for cooking light meals and snacks.
About the hotel: The villa itself is fantastic, really spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, at the time of booking we weren t advised of the massive building site next door. It was really noisy and we shifted out early. I would only recommend this villa once the building has finished

About the hotel: The Villa we were allocated with was fantastic with two large double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, a dining room and living room with TV. In addition there was a kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, sink and safety deposit box. Each villa also has it s own small private swimming pool. The villa was immaculate and clean and the warden/caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful.The villas are located only 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bophut fisherman s village. Bophut itself is a quiet beach and the Fisherman s Village has a variety of restaurants of various types of cuisine located along the beach. This is a quiet resort ideal for families although it is around a ten minute taxi ride to the busier (and noisier) Chawaeng beach (or you can rent a jeep for aroung £10 a day). Thoroughly recommended in all respects, especially for families and honeymooners and those who prefer a quieter beach holiday in Thailand.
About the hotel: The villa was exactly as the description and very clean. Bedding and towels were changed every couple of days. We stayed in the right hand villa which stands on its own, with a smallish plunge pool, but this proved a huge success for cooling off! Easy access to village ( 5 minute walk) and beach with a good selection of restaurants and bars. Try the happy Elephant for great seafood and the Billabong Bar for late nightcap and live music! The taxi from airport did not know where the villas were - just say it is at the end of the beach road,on the left just before you rejoin the main road! Balance of rental paid in cash on morning of departure - would have been good to know that at the beginning! All in all a great holiday, very suitable for families.

About the hotel: There are 3 villas, two have what I would call plunge pools and the one we stayed in a larger pool that was perfectly adequate for our two children to swim around in. The villas are very spacious, lovely outside patio and garden areas and are throughout nicely decorated. Large kitchen with table, cooker/fridge but no washer, large dining room, seperate spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms at either end of the villa both ensuite. Split A/C in both bedrooms, lounge had a ceiling fan but no A/C which would have been better. The villas are set back just off the main road, taxi s were easy to get and in any case only a few minutes walk to the sea front and restaurants along Fisherman s Village - nice beach, great restaurants and much quieter than the other bigger resorts. As a family with 2 children under 10yrs old the villa was perfect for us - well located, quiet and we feel good value for money. The staff lived onsite and were quick to replace towels etc when asked and were very helpful when we wanted to hire a car etc. Would definately go back again.

About the hotel: We were a couple of 4 persons and rented a villa on Serene Beach and this was a hit. The villa was big 25o sqm and had a little private pool. Situated in a calm and peaceful area. We enjoyed our stay very much.
