Beach Republic The Residences invites you to relax in your choice of our deluxe one, two or four bedroom villas, a stunning penthouse, and spacious suites. The villas and the penthouse each have a private chemical and salt water-free pool, and all units are afforded the comforts of home.

A taste of superior comfort. Enjoy spacious and gracious indoors living with a large balcony. The Superior Suite incorporates high ceilings, a full kitchen, separate living room and a contemporary design, making it an ideal base, whether you are out exploring the island or lounging by the pool at the adjacent Beach Republic Ocean Club.

The ultimate in relaxation. Identical to the Superior Suite, but located on the second floor with beautiful views of Lamai Bay from the large balcony with private Jacuzzi.

Ideal for couples and honeymooners, this villa affords privacy and comfort in true tropical island fashion. Master bedroom and living room (indoors) open directly to the chemical free infinity edge pool. Each one storey villa features contemporary interior decor, kitchen, open air shower, indoor bathroom with bath tub, spacious terrace and garden, and a second floor sun deck. Perfect for 2 adults

Identical to the One Bedroom, but with a second bedroom and private bathroom upstairs.

The ultimate in luxury. A full 260 sq. m. of living space including large balcony with private chemical free infinity edge pool and a separate private sun deck. Spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. This spectacular living space is accompanied by sweeping views of the picturesque Lamai Bay. In true Beach Republic fashion, the penthouse offers a sophisticated yet informal living environment.


:: President Pool Villa, 4Bedrooms ::
Located directly adjacent to Beach Republic Ocean Club, the Presidential Pool Villa is great for extended families and groups of friends looking to get away from it all and live the tropical island lifestyle. An outdoor kitchen and living area meet the super large chemical free infinity edge pool. The two well appointed bedrooms downstairs each connect to an outdoor bathroom with private shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each have access to their own bathroom with private indoor shower.

The attractions of Samui are within easy reach of Beach Republic The Residence. The spectacular 18 hole Santiburi golf course is located on the hills behind nearby Maenam, offering some of the best views and golfing in Asia. There are many temples, ancient and modern, including the famous Wat Phra Yai Big Buddha. The markets of Chaweng, Lamai and Nathon offer goods from all over Thailand, including silks and handicrafts. The island provides a wide range of water sports, including diving, snorkeling, fishing, wake-boarding, kayaking and sailing.

Chaweng and Lamai have an extensive selection of bars, cabaret shows and nightclubs, and Samui offers a superb variety of destination restaurants offering many different cuisines.

Services and Facilities
All bookings for Beach Republic The Residence will include breakfast for all guests listed with the booking. The Breakfast is a self service western style breakfast and i s to be cooked by the guest. Beach Republic The Residence's staff will deliver the breakfast to the guest at the guest's preferred time each morning which will be confirmed upon check-in




Beach Republic is located at the North end of i Beach - just minutes from the extensive shopping, diverse restaurants and vibrant nightlife of Lamai Town and about 30 minutes from Samui airport. Traveling from Chaweng, turn left about 200 meters past the Samui I.T. Complex. Coming from Lamai, turn right about 200 meters past Buddy Boutique Hotel.
