About the hotel:
Al s Resort is a fantastic hotel, great location next to Topps supermarket and the reception staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Both pool areas are great and the bar staff delivered drinks whilst we sat around soaking up the sun. Every hour was Chang O clock! The rooms were cleaned regularly and were of a good standard. The TV played Cities of Gold at 7pm every weekday on Boomerang (channel 14) so we could watch that before heading out to Legends bar. I would definitely stay at Al s Resort again. Well done to all involved!

Great location, really friendly, helpful staff. Located right on the beach, has a very nice pool, not noisy, clean and convenient.
About the reservation service:
Sawadee always gives me great service and when I needed to change my dates (twice) they did so quickly and efficiently and immediately credited my card back. I would definately highly recommend Sawadee.

overpriced. nice and all but service is not as good as one would expect. the guest needs to micromanage the hotel staff on soap and towells... nice but overpriced.

About the hotel:
The hotel had an excellent location right at the centre of Chaweng beach and near shopping, bars and restaurants. Would stay here again! We stayed in a Deluxe Pool Courtyard room, which were really nice, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. A large super market is just outside the hotel, something that makes staying at Al s resort even more convenient.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT!! The rooms were fantastic. Very clean, modern, great facilities. The breakfast was deliciuos and plenty of vareity of food to choose from. The service was excellent. The reception staff were so kind and helpful. The pool service was also very efficient. They do their upmost to please their guests. Highly recomendable hotel.

the hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious and the resort is very pretty with big swimming pool area and away from the hussle of main central chaos. The walk is a bit far, but great scenery along the way.The bungalows are terrible and need a urgent make over! Overall loved the stay at this resort. Staff are very friendly and accomodating!
