The food at the resort was great,couldn t fault anything about the place. Would definitely reccomend.	Everything went very smoothly with no problems at all, fantastic service.

Very friendly and attending staff will take care of every need you have. Rooms are spacious, very clean, well maintained. Gardens and landscape are extraordinary. The hotel s restaurants are looking good, breakfast was wonderful and one time we had dinner and it great too (One the best Pad-Thai I had in Thailand). Walking distance to the village where all sorts of other restaurants and shops are located.	Excellent. Fast and reliable.

Øyvind Skoglie 2009-02-22	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach Actually,we stayed at Bandara 4 weeks, as we prolonged our prebooked stay for 3 weeks more. A lot of positive things to be mentioned about the resort, - Spacious, beautiful pool and recreation area, - Plenty of sunbeds, never crowdy anyplace around the 3 pools or at the beach. - More than enough chiices for breakefast - Clean towels every day for use at pools, - Fruit and drinking water delivered daily. But being there as long as we did, we also discovered some negative experiences, - Trays containing leftovers, plates etc. after being serving meals on rooms, remained in corridors or terraces for up to 4 days without being picked up of the ever-around-walking tenants. Disgusting and stinking. - Hotel info and internet ads make a point of the manager Mr.Berger, saying he hope to see you around ! Well, after having been there 27 days hardly being out of the resort one single day, we haven t the slightest idea of who this important person is, or what he is occupied with. - As mentione, very good breakefast, but we tried the Chom Dao beach restaurant once we arrive, and it was nothing to be impressed with. We therefor had our dinners outside the hotel, plenty og cheaper and better choices. - Free internet may be better called no internet because we had so much trouble with the connecton that we finally made use of internet cafes nearby. The routine for having access to net was hoplessly difficult, left alone the speed, better use your mob.tel. Alltogether, wonderful place for sun and swimming, kind staff and comfortable rooms, but for the price charged one could expect better standard in some aspect. However, try and avoid rooms facing the main road as it got really noisy in the morning.	Fast and prompt replies to my requests. Very efficient!!! Thank you!!!
as 2008-09-20	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach I had a vacation in Bandara Resort and Spa for 6 days. It s a quite good resort. Near fishment village, not remote and has some stores nearby, very convenient. The environment is good, lots of tropical trees and flowers in the reosrt. Beach closes to resort and good although Bophut is not the best beach in Samui. Facilities are OK, free internet service, spa, diving shop and rent a car service are B+. But diving shop is a small store with old equipment, not valued the price, not recommend. We had stayed at the deluxe room and villa. Firt day we entered the bathroom, there were many ants in the bathtub. Beside, we had found some dirtiness on the bedsheet. It reflected that the housekeeping was not enought cautious. On the other hands, the staff were enthusiastic and always tried the best to finish your request. However, lots of time they had no good communication among themselves. We needed to change the room to villa and already gave the voucher to the reception when we checked-in, but they still believed we checked out after staying 2N at deluxe room. They stopped our key to enter the room and the bill-signing service. We needed to explain what was our arrangement for many times to different staff. They seemed to understand what happened. I think this is the reason why Bandara is four star resort. Improvement is needed to make better service.	excellent, perfect, A+
Katarina Brannelid & Richard Ratcliffe 2008-09-14	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach Second time we stayed in this resort during our honeymoon. Simpley perfect! The staff, the restaurants, surroundings, everything. Great for babies too. THe head chef even ran from the BBQ party too cook us private dinner in the pther restaurant. TOP TOP service. Truly wonderful place.
Richard Ratcliffe 2008-09-05	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach A wonderful hotel. We stayed in the private villa since it was our honeymoon. The service was excellent, honeymooncake and champagne to the room. Food was lovely! I absolutely recommand this hotel to anyone going to Koh Samui. Heaven at good price!
MARCHAL 2008-07-03 until 2008-07-11	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach Excellent hotel, very kind and efficient staff, quiet environment. The manager even invited us for my birthday dinner.We can only recommand this hotel as a great place to stay if you want relaxed holidays. Breakfast is a real treat, unfortunatly other meals, beverages and the spa are overpriced, but that are a lot of possibilities to eat outside the hotel. It is definitely our place to stay if we are going back to Samui!	Efficient and easy to use. The best way to make bookings for holidays in Thailand

Just as the picture shows of the hotel. Breakfast very good, dinner in beach restaurant not as good. Service staff always attentive and kind. Scuba shop with great administration, spent 2 days diving.	No problems at all.

Hotel s taxi service very efficient. Could do with more attentive service around main pool area, but on the whole a nice hotel.	Efficient, easy to book. Will use them again.
Jon Simon Grue 2008-02-10 until 2008-02-21	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach Our stay at Bandara was furfilled to every expactation. The trip to Koh Samui was not only a vacation but also our wedding. We stayed in one of the Bungalows with a small private pool(wery good when you are travelling with a 6 year old kid). The bugalow has bambo fences around and you have 100 % privacy.The Hotel is very nice and the staff is very professional in every need and questions we had. The Hotel is quite new and have two big fresh water pools (one by the beach and one at the hotel area. When we planned our wedding we ordered a Western wedding package from the Hotel. That have to be the most easy way to have a wedding. We told the Hotel wich date we would have the wedding, the colour of the flower arrangements and decided on a menu for the dinner. The rest was handeled by the staff. And I would say that it went over our expectations (Often the wedding planning can be a big challange in a relation). We had the wedding in the garden were they built up a beautiful podium for the cermony and everything was arranged in a very tasteful way. Also in the wedding package we had a photografer that took over 300 pictures of the wedding. All digital and at a very high quality. We chose Thai food for the Wedding dinner and I have to say it was exellent. All togheter Bandara Resort and Spa went over all our expectations. A special Thanks to Niracha at Bandara, she was hands on on everything and is a asset for this Hotel.	Fast replays on all questions. No problems.
Michael Hansen 2007-12-28 until 2007-12-29	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach The hotel is set on the most beautiful grounds, isolated from the fairly busy road. Lush greenery, superbly maintained and several lovely swimming pools. Great beach, a bit narrow but with a fantastic view of neighbouring Koh Phan Gan. The rooms are clean, with very comfortable beds, everything pretty well arranged for your comfort. The staff were efficient and very friendly and the restaurant was pleasant enough. The buffet dinner at the beach restaurant was a bit overpriced and a trifle too touristy but nevertheless a great stay. One last thing, the cocktails at the beach bar were fantastic. Pascale Khalaf 2006-12-12 until 2006-12-19	Bandara Resort and Spa, Bophut Beach Everything from the Staff to the food to the hygiene to the maintenence and look/design of the whole place was absolutely superb. For such a large resort it really didn t feel too resorty at all! I recomend this hotel for anyone considering staying there. Well worth the money too.

Hotel staff very good. Stayed in cottage villa with outdoor shower and bathtub as well as indooor facilies and outdoor garden with plunge pool.Hotel spa expensive but classy, look out for offers. Hotel food average but lots of options nearby. Wonderfully landscaped gardens and clean beach, pools are amongst the best anywhere. Would stay again but only if a good discounted offer was available.	Very efficient and reliable service

CL Ling 2006-05-10 until 2006-05-14	Bandara Resort and Spa, Samui, Bophut Beach Stayed at a spacious cottage villa and absolutely loved the private pool, outdoor shower and bathtub. It was so cosy and comfortable that we saw little need to venture out ! The resort itself was new, quiet and exclusive with lots of greenery and space. The 3 swimming pools were huge with water jets and jacuzzis - very relaxing! A must-try is the beachfront restaurant which serves delicious seafood at reasonable prices with a great ambience to boot. Only disappointment was the beach which had coarse brown sand and silty waters. Chaweng Beach is about 15 mins away by taxi (300bt) or songthaew (60 bt per pax). If total relaxation is what you re looking for, this resort is definitely a better option than those at claustrophobic Chaweng Beach.	Efficient, fast and trustworthy.
Mr & Mrs Stewart 2006-04-13 until 2006-04-23	Bandara Resort and Spa, Samui, Bophut Beach We spent 10 days of our honeymoon at the Bandara in one of the cottage villas. The villa itself was lovely, hotel was central to everything, great pools, pleasant staff and of course so close to the beach. Breakfasts were a treat. We would stay at the hotel again. The only downsides were the quality of the lunch/evening menu (but lots of other restaurants very near by), price of spa treatments and lack of privacy in the cottage villas.	Good service, we would use again.
Chien-hua Chen 2005-10-05 until 2005-10-09	Bandara Resort and Spa, Samui, Bophut Beach We lived the pool villa for four nights. The room is spacious and clean. We especially like the outdoor bathtub. You can have a special bath with stars or birds singing. The pool is very convinient when there is not much time to do other thing, for example, the morning of check out day. Our 2-year-old boy likes the pool very much. It a pity that the sand of Bo Phut beach is rough but it did not influence the interest of kid s playing sand.	very efficient and polite.
Tak Kwok 2005-06-27 until 2005-07-01	Bandara Resort and Spa, Samui, Bophut Beach this is a very good hotel, good staff, good service, the pool is very clean and beautiful, since this is not a peak season, there is very quiet environment, and I have been upgrade to cotten village, the room is so good, I have small pool in front of the room and open shower in the back, and they also provide the spa service, the environment is so relaxing, but only one drawback is the beach, the water is not clean, so I rent the motorcycler to chewang beach to swim and the spa on the beach. overall I give 95 for the hotel and 50 for the beach.
