Laksmi 2009-06-27	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach my cousins n i just came back from Koh Samui, we stayed at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort. we really liked the hotel. the staffs were very friendy especially those at front desk:-) the rooms were nice, clean and quiet. the beach view was really beautiful:-) and the location was at the main city. restaurants, shops, pharmacies were very closed. we could just walk...we really had fun there:-)
Zachary Pramik 2009-06-21	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach After staying at this hotel for two weeks, I only have good things to say. The staff is extremly nice and will help you with whatever problems you may have. It s located right on the best part of the beach and they serve a great breakfast that I didn t get tired of, even after two weeks! A couple of extra bucks compared to other hotels near by but more than worth the money. Be sure to ask the front desk their opinion on things whether it be booking day trips, local restaurants or whatever. I can t stress enough how kind all the staff was. All in all, a wonderful first experience in Thailand and can t wait to come back next year.
Sarah Avery 2009-06-17	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach Good location hotel. I liked the size of the rooms and the presentation when we arrived. The bed had lovely floral arrangements. Our room was perfect spot, right next to restaurant and easy access to the beach. Breakfast was fine every morning. I would stay again if I was going back to Samui.	Very fast and professional :-)
Yuk & Nicola Pang 2009-06-04	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach Hotel was fab. The rooms are large, well equipped and clean. A/C works well. Maid service was excellent, in fact all the staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The hotel food was lovely, we ate there for breakfast and most lunchtimes. We were a little apprehensive because of previous comments about airplane noise and the tide being far out - don t let that put you off. Airplanes are just the occasional little island hoppers that we all arrive on, and the tide only moves about 20 feet ! The location is perfect, right on the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.	Excellent as always. Would recommend - Thank you!

Carla Ruth Charlotte Smart 2009-05-30	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach Apart from not being collected from the airport (airport transfer)I can t fault the place! The taxi was cheap anyway! The Bungalow, the staff, the resort in general was lovely, so were the locals. The onsite spa was fab, they also had girls on the beach for massage, pedicure, manicure etc for cheaper if you d prefer. I did both!!! I d stay there again for sure! Thanks!!!

Если и были какие-то отдельные нюансы, то по прошествии недели они не запомнились. Скажем так в итоге: какого-то сверхшика нет, но все прилично, гигиенично и красиво. Для секстуристов- провод тайгел- 500 бат (это Вам наверное минус). Если будете при бронировании указывать, что бронируете на двух человек , то есть неплохой шанс в переодических спорах на рецепшене доказывать свое право на бесплатный провод :) Для семейных и не заинтересованных в секстуризме- не пугайтесь- в отеле хотя такие постояльцы и присутствуют (как практически везде в Тайланде), но в целом отель под это не заточен и вполне подходит как для семейного, так и для просто культурного отдыха. бассейн приличный, ресторан тоже вполне приличный.

The pool was small but right next to the beach so that was an added benefit. If I was to go back to Chaweng and Samui I woould stay there again.	Very easy to use - would use again.

VAZQUEZ 2009-05-03	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach This is a great value , top end hotel in a great central position on Chaweng Beach. The rooms are nothing spectacular but a decent size and nicely decorated.We did have a recurring cockroach problem in our first room but let s face it this is Thailand and they are persistent critters. Second room was perfect. Restaurant is veryy good value and quality and a really nice romantic vibe overlooking the sea at night. The beach massage ladies are amazing. Baang in particular is a superstar, had one very day and nearly cried when I left. Oh and the pool while bot being massive is very nice! Recommended!	Always excellent, Sawadee rocks!

Again another great stay in a hotel that is very good value. Always stay in the cheapest rooms and always enjoy the stay, very good value for money, great spot on the beach, good breakfasts overlooking the beach, manicured gardens and friendly efficient staff. What more could you need?	Second time booking this hotel through Sawadee and absolutely no problems either time. Can recommend this service

The standard of the rooms was ok and breakfast was good. The restaurant where we ate breakfast was absolutely on the beach so it was very nice. Staff was nice but we ordered extra bed on arrival and was called down in the reception to pay this. This I witnessed as uhøffelig. This could be very happy to have been done at the checkout. Benedek Laszlo 2009-02-23	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach Not cheap but very nice hotel, the restaurant is on the beach, you see wonderful view during breakfast. The location is very good, the rooms are quiet, but only a few steps away from the center. The beach is nice, the water is clear, no rocks in front of the hotel ( other hotels to the north has beach with rocks ). Only drawback is the presence of the lenders of noisy jet skis, and sometimes airplanes flights over the hotel loudly. In general this hotel is very good for the price.	excellent

Frazer Crombie 2009-02-11	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach Central location for Chaweng Beach and Town are the attractions of this resort. The pool is small but not really utilised. The resort is quiet and the resteraunt location right on the beach front is ideal at breakfast and other times of the day. The staff were always attentive, helpful, and friendly. No complaints really, but for the buget minded it s a bit expensive for what it is. If you are prepared to walk 300 yards to the beach each day the same Chaweng holiday experience can be had for about 25% of this cost.	Always very good. Never a hitch in the many times I ve used sawadee.

We had the best strip of beach and were a 2 second walk to all of the shops, clubs, bars, restaurants etc. We stayed in a standard room and this was perfect (even better than the beach front villas that had to listen to all of the people in the early morning walk past the room). The standard room was perfect size and tucked away so you didnt get any noise at all. The hotel food was cheap and fantastic (especially the hamburgers)! There was always a spare Banana Lounge on the beach, so we never missed out. This is where I will be staying the next time i go to Thailand- without a doubt.	The booking service was fast and easy. I had no troubles booking my accommodation on the internet & this was the 1st time I have done it.

No bad surprises, friendly staff and reasonable prices in hotel s restaurant. All units located in a garden surrounded by green, which really makes you feel exotic. Breakfast buffet is the only weakness, could have been better. This resort deserves a recommendation.	Sawadee always makes it happen. Reliable service.

S.D. 2008-10-04	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach We stayed in the deluxe building, the room was very clean not very big but functional, we had a partial sea view, the hotel is right on the beach and a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants, breakfast consists of a buffet with many choices, there s a swimming pool but it s quite small.The shower was lacking hot water most of the times, or the pressure was very low, the staff was nice except one lady at the front desk who wasn t too welcoming. While on the beach, many vendors are constantly walking by and trying to sell you anything from fresh fruits to bed spreads...which ends up being annoying, that s not specific to the hotel though. Overall this hotel is a good value for money and I would recommend it.	Very effective booking service, we had an additional discount compared to the initial price announced on the website when we received the booking confirmation.

We stayed in the standard room, rooms have plenty of space and are clean. The gardens in the hotel are gorgeous and well maintained. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter, trotzdem groß und sehr gepflegt wie überhaupt die ganze Anlage. Das Publikum ist sehr international uns meist jünger. Deswegen hat man nachts in den Nachbarzimmern manchmal die Partys mitbekommen. Trotzdem alles in allem eine sehr gute Wahl in Chaweng!	Perfekt wie immer!

Excellent location, beautiful part of the beach. Nice restaurant with good breakfast. All in all very good value for money. We will definitely be staying @ this resort when we visit Koh Samui again.	Quick & easy, and a lot cheaper then booking direct with the resort!
Carla McQueen 2008-08-31	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach The hotel was perfectly located with loads of resturants located within a 5 min walk radias. The Green Mango and Solo bar were a 4min walk away so nice and handy. The hotel staff were really helpful and showed us a map of local tourist spots to visit when we hired our jeep - which they also organised for us. Rooms were nice and clean. We only booked one night to begin with as we wanted to look around at other hotels once we were on the island to make sure the location was were we wanted to be. After looking at other hotels we booked another 5 nights at Baan Chaweng as we felt it offered the best value for money. As we only booked one night initally we had to change rooms. Our first room (Superior room) was on the ground floor and that was the best room as it was a little bigger. Our 2nd room was also a superior room but up stairs and it wasn t quite as big, plus the shower was a little unpredicatable. We looked at the bungalows but the superior rooms were much better as the bungalows were alot smaller. Buffet breakfast each day were great, as were the daily thai massages out the front of the resort. All and all we had a great holiday there and would stay there again if we returned. One thing to note though was there was a construction site on one side of the resort which woke us up early one morning but was ok the rest of the stay, but there is construction all over the island.	Easy to book and confirmations came through fine thanks.

We stayed in their basic room which was on the second level and more than adequste. We had three of us in the one room and we do not feel cramped. The room had a great balcony to sit out and enjoy the evenings. The Resort is located off the main sttreet and on the beach but close enough that most things are within walking distance.	Sawadee is great. Very easy to use and the reviews make it easy to choose suitable accomodation.

The room was neat and clean. Serviced daily. The best thing about this hotel is the position. Right in the middle of Chaweng, but set off from the main road, so you don t get any of the noise. The breakfasts were very nice, and the one lunch we had was good also.	First class. The first time I ve used it. Didn t have the room I wanted, but suggested the one we ended up taking. Reminder email for the final payment.

The frontbeach villa where we were lodged, is very ample and done up well. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. A good address for those who like a bit overcrowded beaches and comings and goings of jetskis. But it s Chaweng beach !!	It was our first reservation with Sawasdee.com and surely not the last. Of the first contact by e-mail in January, until our return in France, everything was improved.
Mohammed Syarin Mohammed Yussof 2008-07-31 until 2008-08-03	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach Hotel was good. Very beautiful surrounding & close to the beach. The check-in experienced was good also (we were upgraded to deluxe bungalow!. However, our deluxe room does not look exclusive as it lack of decoration on the wall, poor lighting at the wardrobe area & in the bathroom as well. We asked for 1/2 day extension due to our flight schedule but was turned down even though we re willing to pay for 1/2 price. Luckily they provide us a shower room to use for 1/2 hour before we checked out. Overall, Baan Chaweng is a very beautiful resort hotel & rating should go to 4 star. Highly recommended!	Booking with Sawadee was very good & efficient. The only thing, we didn t see the superior bungalow in the list of room available in the website until was informed through email. The airport pickup arrangement was efficient as well. Anyway, please improve the appearance/features on your booking website, so people have more confident at the beginning when trying to make booking. Thanks a lot to Mr Khun Dom for picking up his handphone everytime I make call for any request or enquiries.

Nevertheless two weaknesses are to be mentionned:jetskis are running the whole day and take most of the place in the sea which is unpleasant and Quite a lot of airplane take off just over the hotel with is very close to the airport. Good price/Quality	it was ok but sawadee forgot to mention our asking of the twin beds, so we had to change the room during our stay

Great swimming pool, beach and quality breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms. We wanted to stay only 1 night, but extended to a total of 7.. It is worth the price and I would definitely stay there again. Très bien pour le shopping du soir et en même temps très calme.Accueil très aimable à la réception. Chambre propre et spacieuse (superior room) pour 3 personnes.Buffet petit-déjeuner correct,mais je déconseille le restaurant (quelconque et cher). Piscine agréable avec linge de plage. Plage ombragée et belle mer devant l hôtel avec assez d eau (à marée basse) pour se baigner, il y a même quelques coraux avec des poissons de quoi faire du snorkeling,point négatif: espace de baignade entre deux couloirs de jet-ski!bruyant (Problème à Chaweng). Si vous quittez l hôtel après midi il est possible de se doucher avant le départ.	le service de réservation est très compétent. Tous c est très bien passés.

Originally booked two nights but decided to stay two more nights. Had to change room which was ok but the price on the rooms were higher at the desk than if we booked over the internet. Some barganing was hovewer possible. Beautiful pool, good food clean and proper.	OK as on previous occasions

The location is perfect, right on the best part of Chaweng beach. Restaurant great and there are others to wander to along the beach, the pool is spotless and small but the ocean is right there on your doorstep. Would highly recommend.	Very efficient

The gardens and foliage were beautiful. It should be noted that Chaweng beach, in general, is more active and loud than many places in Thailand. This goes for the street area outside the hotel as well. Fireworks at night, club music, lots of jet-skis near the beach. If you are older and searching for quiet perhaps consider another beach on Samui. Breakfast was good if a bit uncreative and western.	I was not happy that the booking service pre-charged the entire amount prior to arrival. I like to arrive at a hotel and have the option of leaving if not happy. Be aware of this when booking through Sawadee. It is very obvious in the booking but I did not pay enough attention when doing so.

It is very central with a beautiful beach out the front, the rooms are very clean with your room made up each day. We stayed in the Superior Room which was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast is wonderful. We have recommended to friends and when we return to beautiful Samui we will stay at Baan Chaweng again.	I highly recommend Sawadee.com when travelling to Thailand. I tell all my friends to check out Sawadee if planning to visit Thailand. Sawadee arranged our transfer to and from the airport with a reminder note the day before our departure of our transfer to the airport. Fantastic A +++ Service

Resort Spa is great, at an affordable price of SGD 60 for 90 mins of full body scrub and aromatheraphy essential oil massage. Highly recommended	very prompt booking
