Thomas Gottschling 2009-03-17	Marco Polo Resort, Chaweng Noi Little resort in the second row of the beach, behind the Ringroad. 2 min to the beach. Nice garden, little swimmingpool, restaurant (italian). Simple room with AC, very simple bath without AC. American breakfast, nice staff.	Very easy and comfortable,.........I will do it again
Rigmor Lundberg 2009-03-03	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi During our trip in Thailand we visited some nice hotels, some not so nice. Some friends recommended Marco Polo and now we regret we couldn t stay more than 2 nights. You can t find such a nice hotel in Samui!No luxurious but clean and spacious rooms, a small cosy restaurant with both Thai and Italian food, very service-minded and kind owners and a friendly staff.Cross the road and you reach the beautiful beach. Near to shopping. Both young and older peoples who are looking for a calm and small hotel will have good value for the money at Marco Polo. We wish to come back for a real long stay next year	It was very easy and quick.
Dmitry Kuptsov 2009-01-10	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Nice, family running hotel. We stay in big family room. Cool decoration and garden. Its a second line located hotel, so be ready to cross the main road on the way to the beach. Friendly staff and home atmosfire. Thanx Rikardo&Co for hospitality and a good food in Custo, Italian ristorante.	Booking service is fast as always. Tnx
Otter Harald 2009-01-07	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Traumhafter urlaub in einem kleinen familär geführten resort. Ruhige Lage mit schönem garten und exzellentem restaurant. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, hell und sauber. Einfach toll zum relaxen und entspannen. Zu Silvester wurden wir mit einem gala dinner verwöhnt, was alle erwartungen übertroffen hat. Zum Strand gelangt man, indem man die straße überquert und unproblematisch durch das hotel impiana geht. Chaweng erreicht man in ca. 10 min. mit dem Taxi. ( vor der anlage)Freundliches personal und sympathische Besitzer mit hervorragender italienscher küche. Kommen auf jeden fall wieder! Richard James Lewis 2008-12-20	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi Our stay a Marco Polo was excellent. The rooms were large, furnished nicley and kept extremely clean. The grounds of the resort were immaculate. The staff were also very pleasant and willing. Zach was excellent for advice on what you should pay for anything. The breakfast was ok, but could have been better. We only had lunch on a few occasions as we preferred Thai food, but the italian food we had was superb. Not being by the beach was not a problem. You could cross the road and use the opposite hotels sun chairs. They didn t mind as long as you had lunch there. I would recommend for people that want to be away from the main parts of Lamai and Chaweng.	Excellent

Giulia Samara 2008-12-07	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi I had a really great time in Koi Samui, particularly because I was staying in this very nice and welcoming hotel. The resort is beautiful, quietly tucked away from the buzz of the town , but at the same time really close to the beach that is only a few minutes walk away. The garden and the pool are lovely, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and the food is absolutely to die for! I will definitely be going there again, hopefully for longer. A special thanks to the staff for being so helpful, welcoming and friendly.	Very good.
Karl-Gustav Laselle 2008-04-25 until 2008-04-28	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi If you want to stay at a nice little hotel with clean rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly staff that take care about you, you should choose this hotel. It is close to the beach but a bit away from the noisy center, between Chaweng and Lamai beach. But very easy to take a tuk-tuk or taxi into the center whenever you want to go there. It takes 5-10 minutes and cost 100 baht. We enjoyed the stay and will return next time we go to Samui.	The booking was very easy.
Anna & Sue Grundell 2008-02-23 until 2008-02-26	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi We really liked our stay at Marcopolo although we had rain whilst we were there. The couple who ran the resort and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast and food in the restaurant was very good. It is a short walk to the beach (3 mins) but you must cross a road and go through the grounds of another hotel (Impiana). This wasn t a problem for us. We can highly recommend this resort.	Very satisfactory.

I feel like I stay at home, staff are very helpful and friendly. Only when you want to go to the beach you have to walk across road but you reach the beach within 2 minutes.	Excellent! Easy, quick & reliable

Sari and Martti Vannas 2007-12-21 until 2008-01-05	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi We stayed in Marcopolo Resort & Spa for two weeks and were very satisfied. The hotel is run by italians, the owner was changed about two years ago, and the present owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the garden is nice, and from the restaurant you can get excellent italian and thai food. Especially the seven course dinners on both christmas and new years eve were great. The hotel is on short walking distance from the koh samui s nicest and quietest beach called chaweng noi, and also there are some nice restaurants. We would not go anywhere else in koh samui than this place! Thank you for the great holiday!	very good
MERRY RYAN /JAMES GAUTNEY 2007-11-27 until 2007-12-05	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY WE HAD! WE CAME SEEKING PEACE AND QUIET, AND THAT IS WHAT WE GOT AT THE MARCO POLO. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY CLEAN ROOMS, AND IT IS SECLUDED IN PALM TREES AND LOVELY GARDENS, BUT JUST A SHORT DRIVE TO THE HOTSPOTS OF CHAWENG BEACH. THE LONGER WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL, THE HAPPIER WE CHOSE IT RATHER THAN THE TOURIST TRAP SCENE. WE WENT IN TO TOWN A LOT, AND IT WAS SO NICE TO GET BACK TO THE QUIET MARCO POLO! WE WILL BE BACK IN FEBUARY, AND WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN... MARCO POLO IS EASY ON THE WALLET, AND WORTH EVERY PENNY! BEST WISHES MERRY AND JAMES

Michael Bishop 2007-07-27 until 2007-08-02	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi My girlfriend and I just spent a week at Marco Polo Resort and it was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and it really was only 2 minutes to the beach. The resort accross the street where the beach is let us rent chairs for 100 baht a day so we could relax there. It was a great experience and we will hopefully return someday.	The booking service worked wonderfully.
SUSAN RONSDORF 2007-04-29 until 2007-05-07	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi The Marco Polo Resort is one of the most beautiful hotels, we have been to since we arrived in Asia five years ago. No 5-Star nonsense but quiet and located within a beautiful tropical garden. Although it is in the second row, one can reach the beach within a few minutes. We did it every morning before breakfast. Wonderful! The rooms are big and tastefully decorated. If you don t like the trouble on the beach, you can spend magic afternoons in the beautiful garden, enjoying a cool drink and cool down in the pool. The resort is runned by a very friendly Italian couple and comes with an Intalian restaurant. The Pizza and meat dishes we tried, were excellent. If only the staff understood a little bit more English, than it would really be the perfect place for a refreshing vacation. Regards, Susanne & Peter	Excellent
Paul 2007-04-24 until 2007-04-28	Marcopolo Resort & Spa, Chaweng Noi We stayed during the low season (late April). The hotel was very quiet, but the staff were very attentive. The rooms are nice (with hot shower!). It is a very small hotel, a couple of miles from Chaweng, but this isn t a problem as taxis stop just out side of the hotel. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk from the beach (if you can drag yourself away from the pool) The food in the restaurant is mainly Italian and very good. Would recomend this hotel to a couple or a family who want a bit of piece and quiet, but want to be able to go to Chaweng for some entertainment.	very easy booking
