Dominic Dowling 2008-09-07	Chaweng PR Guesthouse, Chaweng Center Excellent value for money, for just 600 baht per night you got air con, minibar, spacious clean room and shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that my room window looked out onto the busy streets and sometimes it was difficult to get some sleep. Overall 9/10.

We have had a very comfortable stay, and would reccommend to friends and i would return again. The staff are warm, freindly and helpful.	very easy

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was fantastic (after the long and hot trip we took). The people at the front were kind and helpful. We d definitely stay there again. It was well worth the money :)

Very clean (daily service until 16:00) with friendly stuff. But around half an hour walking distance away from the nightlife spots.	Very easy and fast. Used it before and will use it again.

The room we stay is not along the roadside and very noisy at night till 2am as there seems a bar with a live band close to the building, really annoying.

IF you re looking for a nice place to stay at non-resort prices this fits the bill! Its a bit of a walk from the main loud Chaweng strip but its not too far (10-15min). Only thing that was a bit troublesome was the lack of the front desks ability to speak english!! but if you want a great place to go to help you book tours and such...walk about 10min north to Emb@ssy..wonderful staff, plus internet, food and rooms if you want to be in the heart of Chaweng!	wouldn t use any other service!

A short walk from the beach, a seven/11 across the road and close to lord nelson resturant,it was my kind of place and when i am in samui again, i will be staying there. for me 10 out of 10. lance from england	booking service was excellent

The beach is a 10 min walk along the main road. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop on the hotel s doorstep. The TV in the room only had two channels, both of which were in Thai, but you can hire a DVD player and DVD s from a shop up the road. The only bad point was the noise at night. There is a rock bar round the corner. I slept through it, but my girlfriend used earplugs.	Easy - no problems.

I wasn t impressed with Chaweng itself but the guesthouse was great. You can also rent scooters from them for only 200 baht a day.	Great service.

It is in a good location (the quiter end of Chaweng Beach but not far from everything). The beach at this end is much nicer than at the north of Chaweng Beach. The guesthouse was clean and had everything you could want (towels, fridge, TV, very good air con, 2 free bottles of water per day) . All for 800 baht per night! Would recommend to those on a budget as you will get pretty much the same facilities as you would in the hotels on the beachside except there you pay double plus.	Good, no problems at all.

I think this place was recently constructed, so everything looks new. Ceramic tile floors throughout. Bed could have used another blanket. Got a bit cold with the A/C running at night. Beach is not visible from hotel. It is behind another hotel located across the street. No breakfast, but plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from.	No problems.

The television has few channels though so for those rainy days you will be watching the now channel and an indian sports channel. Overall good for money would return.	Booking was smooth with sawadee
Slavo Gola 2006-07-31 until 2006-08-04	Chaweng PR Guesthouse, Chaweng Center Great place, cheap, and nearby Indian as well as Thai restaurants. Room was spacious and clean but sort of empty-looking. TV only had 8 channels, 1 english channel. The staff are excellent and they will help you with anything/very accomodating. Safety deposit box is a plus and the 24 hour security is good too. Check out time is at 12:00pm. I Had a flight at 6:00pm. No problem, I could leave my belongings with them and head to the beach. Later, I could change in their washroom. The only downside to this place is that it s about 2 Km away from the club scene. So, you gotta walk it or take the taxi every night back to the PR Guesthouse..For a solo traveler, this place was worth the buck. I don t think it s ideal for a family stay.	No problems, as always....

Air conditioner worked very well. The location was at the southern end of Moo road, which made it less hectic on the street. A 7/11 store and pharmacy are across the road.	The first time I have used online booking service and found it very convenient.Will use again.

There is no breakfast but there are plenty of places for breakfast nearby. Very close to the beach and a few minutes walk to central Cheweng. Would recommend. Save deposit boxes at the reception, laundry service. You can borrow DVD Player and DVDs. Its located on Chaweng Main Street, some 3 minutes on foot to the beach, which is public. 7 eleven (supermarket) and various other shops are nearby, 1 minute on foot. The personnel is very, very friendly and helpful. We first payed double because they didnt find our sawadee reservation. At checkout they paid the money back without hesitation. Really very good.	Great as always!

chris conlon 2006-05-13 until 2006-05-20	Chaweng PR Guesthouse, Chaweng Center i thought this guest house was really good value. ive been to samui 4 times now n this is one of the cleanest places ive stayed in this price range. its got really cold air con,they clean your rooms daily,the beds comftable n the bathrooms clean.the whole place is quite new n you can hire a dvd from reception for 200 batt per night wich is cheap enough. the only thing letting it down is the tv.you do have bbc world but the movie chanell is in thai.apart from that its all good.	good
