Had a very pleasant stay Stuart and his family provided excellent tips on places to visit and restaurants to try. Would stay again.	excellent and speedy service
Eileen Kearns 2008-08-04 until 2008-08-12	Constanza Boutique Resort, Chaweng Beach Excellent accommodation, very clean and tidy and rooms cleaned every day. Staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even babysitting was arranged easily. Approx 15 minutes walk into main Chaweng but easy to get a Baht Bus on the main road which was only a 5 minute walk. Also only 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Would highly recommend this resort.	Simple, easy and very user friendly.
julian colclough 2007-12-27 until 2008-01-02	Constanza, Chaweng Beach had a great time, will definitely stay there again and can recommend it highly, the pool and tropical gardens are very good and make you feel like you really are on holiday , the owner stuart is a super nice guy , and has great advice on restaurants and things to see around the island.	i changed my boooking 3 times and the girls at sawadee were always very helpful. great service. thank you very much
Andrew Kong 2007-11-24 until 2007-11-26	Constanza, Chaweng Beach Apartment was exellent value for money, perfect location as its 15 min walk or 5 min taxi to the start of Chewang beach road. Stuart was co were of good help of local area i.e food,tours, scooter hire - much thanks. The apartment and complex looks much more bigger in real life than in pictures showed on website. Twin apartment was very clean and plently of room, with A/C being quite and good size fridge and lots of chairs and space to sit around,the whole complex is nicly decorated with plants and lighting. Also good size balcony and pool for use. A few local shops are close by the complex for urgent supplies or food. Will Defiently stay here again in future!	Good
Andrew Kong 2007-11-20 until 2007-11-26	Constanza, Chaweng Beach Apartment booked was the delux twin apartment(2 double beds and 2 single day beds, 2 bathrooms) ground floor, 1 bar area with lounge area. Excellent value for money and Stuart and Co were a great help with the local area (tours,scooter hire, dinning) The apartment is actually alot bigger in real life than in the pictures on the website. Plenty of room for 5 people - A/C is strong and quite, all floors tiled, good size fridge, shared microwave(at public bar), large LCD TV with DVD player, keypad safe, and a big balcony for chairs and table to use. The balcony overseas the public bar and pool which is superb..The whole complex is decorated with lots plants and lighting. highly reconmmended for a quite getaway as its located 15 min walk or 5 min drive to the start of chewang beach road (Balcony bar) night life. So its quite and you can still get the best of both worlds. 2 Tour/Scooter hire companies located down the road (1 min walk) and highly recommend Olivios for Italian dinning (10min walk from Constanza) - 4 out of 5 rating - Will Defintley stay Again next year	No problems..smooth
Gian Andri Bivetti 2007-07-21 until 2007-07-27	Constanza, Chaweng Beach Very nice quite and small hotel (without restaurant), clean and nice rooms, nice pool area, pool is not very big. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately come back. The only thing you should be aware of, is that it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and about 15 minutes if you wanna walk home from downtown chaweng.

This resort is in quite location and we had great time there. I would suggest that the manager/owner of this resort really know how to deal with customer and know how to satisfy customer. We are really happy that we could stay at this resort which has high standard service. Room was clean and also cleaned daily. Definitely will come back again.	Exelent

We received a warm welcome from the new owner Stuart who made our stay most enjoyable, infact all the staff are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The Constanza is a truly unique experience, very peaceful with relaxed surroundings and the accomodation is 1st class!	Excellent

It was complete breath of fesh air with its tranquil setting, beautiful pool and helpful staff, a welcome break from the normal hussle and bustle of Chaweng & Lamai. Your information and guidance re: Koh Samui, about where to eat/go, see things... really made our trip much more enjoyable. We had seafood at Big John s while enjoying the sunset and we even shot some fireworks heh... bought from the fireworks shop. We stayed in one of the deluxe double apartments. was some of the nicest accom we d come across in our 2 weeks. the only pain was the walk up the hill, but once you re there, there was no reason to leave. beautiful pool made it hard to see a reason to move to the beach. highly recommended.	quick and helpful as always.

Great apartments, very clean, extremely helpful staff and you just get on with your holiday. Owner is great and a shame he is selling. A little bit of a climb up the hill but you reap the benefits once you are home . Samui is growing and the beach front is wonderful. So I would highly recommend this resort.	So easy, so efficient and so professional you have the sress removed. Try booking direct with hotels or resorts and you may get a reply. Book with sawadee.com and you will get an immediate and efficient reply. Go for it...Tried and tested.
Warren Battle 2006-04-21 until 2006-04-25	Constanza, Chaweng Beach Close enough to the centre Chaweng (10minutes by foot) - but far enough away to be peaceful and very relaxed. Excellent accomodation and friendly relaxed staff. I ve stayed in 5 or 6 places in Chaweng over the last 18 months and 4 times at Constanza - Constanza is excellent.

Although a short taxi ride to Chaweng it was nice to be away from the town. I think it is the perfect place for families and look forward to staying there again.Thanks to John, Tom and all the girls.	Booking service was excellent. I had to make a couple of changes which were handled very efficiently.
Elizabeth Areback 2005-07-15 until 2005-07-21	Constanza, Chaweng Beach This is a lovely apartment/hotel.Nice, clean and quiet.We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children and we thought this was the best place. The only thing is that it is located on a rather dead end of chaweng road, but with a five minutes ride with a cab you are in the middle of shopping and restaurants. There is no restaurant at Constanza but we can recommend the delivery service from a nearby restaurant(breakfast,lunch,dinner)and you order it in the bar at Constanza. It,s not so easy to get down to the beach but the best place on the beach anyway is from the middle down to the south.We will definitely stay at Constanza at least some of our holiday next time we visit Koh Samui. //Elizabeth from Sweden	I was so nervous when I made this booking but it turned out to perfect. I recommend this to everyone.
Carol 2005-05-15 until 2005-05-18	Constanza, Chaweng Beach I stayed at this hotel with 5 other girlfriends in May05 and it was excellent we shared a villa which had 2 spacious bathrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds it was so clean and the decor was gorgeous. The pool area was also beautiful and very relaxing. I would definetly recomend anyone to stay here and i would be back again in a flash!!!	No problems at all
Helen Ingram 2005-04-07 until 2005-04-14	Constanza, Chaweng Beach Apartments are exactly as they appear on the website! Very clean (daily room cleaning, towel changing), close enough to Chaweng (about 5 mins to central area by Songtow, 30 Baht each) but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Only 5 apartments so pool area always quiet. There is a small new resort being built across the road - but it does not impact on the apartments at all. We loved it here, recommend hire of a Jeep (the staff sorted this out for us, 10 minutes later a new Jeep was outside! 800 Baht a day) to really see the island. Would definitely stay there again. We had the deluxe double loft apartment - so lots of space for 2 of us but this option would also be perfect for family with kids or 2 couples. We had a wonderful stay!	2nd time we have used it, always efficient and quick.
Sarah Kirk 2005-02-28 until 2005-03-07	Constanza, Chaweng Beach This hotel is by far one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed in. We had a lakeside delux room.The rooms are identical to the photos, large, bright, very clean and well decorated. The staff are so sweet and friendly we cannot thank them enough, we left a bag behind and one of the employees jumped on a motobike and caught up with our taxi to give us our bag! The location is great if you want to be the in the heart of the action, just a couple of mins walk to the beach and about 10 mins walk to green mango ect. From the lakeside rooms you can enjoy the music from the reggae bar (dont worry always quiet by 2am). We had such a great stay there, we will definately be back next year!	Excellent-however as we loved samui and decided to stay we lost the money we paid for the hotel in bangkok, would be great if we could have changed our booking online?!

The hotel has only five apartements and therefore you get a more familyfeeling with only a few people at the pool. The pool and the jacuzzi is faboulus. The only thing is that the hotel is a few minutes walk to the beach. Greetings to John, the owner!!	The service on the booking was very good. Fast answers an good discussions on other alternatives.

The apartments are a 10 minute walk away from the Green Mango - far enough away to be quiet and secluded but close enough to access Chaweng as and when you wanted to. Would definatly reccommend this to people wanting the space and freedom of an apartment but with the facilities of a Hotel. We will be back !!!!
