Ryan 2009-05-29	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach Clean, A/C worked well. On the north end of Chaweng beach, so it s a bit of a hike to the heart of the beach. But that also means it s relatively quiet in the evenings. Chaweng is packed with tourists and touts, so after a day or two that can get old. For a more relaxing stay consider a hotel on another beach, such as Bo Hut.	Excellent, no complaints.
Huy Mai 2009-02-12	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach V.friendly, helpful staff. Clean, tidy, spacious rooms. Good location - 5 minutes to beach, and 5-10 mins to nightlife. Good food at the small restaurant. I would happily stay here again.	Excellent, reliable booking service with sawadee.com.
Sarah 2009-01-30	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach When first attempting to book accommodation for Samui I was unsure where abouts to book. I booked 3 nights at Chaweng Beach Hotel just so we had somewhere to stay when we arrived. This hotel is situated in Chaweng North. This is about a 5-10 minute walk to the main bars and clubs. We paid 1300BHT per night for a standard room. The rooms are clean however I could not wait to get out of this hotel. It is quite dark, gloomy and depressing, nothing like the pictures shown. Not enough light gets into the room, when I opened my window it was facing a wall. There is no pool and it is not located on the beachfront. I think this hotel is slightly overpriced for its location and facilities. We started looking around the very next morning and were able to get a walk in rate of 1200BHT per night at Ark Bar Garden Beach Resort. For 4 young travelers this is the place to be, we stayed there for 2 weeks and no complaints. It is directly across the road from the best clubs and Ark Bar has its own bar that is very popular each night. The staff at Chaweng Beach Hotel were great but this place is not where I would stay again. For the price there is much better accommodation around. Try Ark Bar, P&P or Samui Coral for reasonably priced accommodation in the heart of the nightlife.	No problems!

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay on Chaweng Beach.	Very easy on-line booking. No difficulties experienced at all.
zeng le 2009-01-03	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach The staff are quite nice and helpful. We booked one- day tour in Koh Samui and the boat tickets to Koh Tao from the receptionist. The room is clean. We stayed in the third floor. It’s quite at night. The hotel locates just the north end of main Chaweng street. Opposite to the street, there are a bank, a 7-11 and some retail stores, such as Locste, and underware stores.	Very convenience
MR STERGIOS KITSIOS 2009-01-02	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach Great Value for money. Location is great not too close to the nightlife but not too far either. Very Friendly staff. Michael Wetzel 2008-12-13	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach We stayed for 3 nights and really liked this place. Very close to Chaweng Beach (3 minutes) and to good restaurants. Also 7eleven and ATM nearby. Staff is very friendly and helped us out with some further bookings. The rooms are spacious and clean.
KENNETH 2008-08-18	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach Really nice hotel! Plus: Very clean, new towels daily, safteybox and refrigerator on the room, close to the main shopping road but not disturbing, close to beach but not on the beach, nice staff! Minus: snåldusch (this means that the shower was running on a low pressure so it took time to shower) We really liked this hotel and Samui!	It worked out great!

Everything would have been a 10 if it wasn t for a receptionist that wanted to charge me more for the internet (not included). The room was nice, roomy, clean and everything worked perfectly. I gor a room away from the main road so that made it even more peaceful.	Very satisfied with the booking.

Clean and Spacious rooms, Friendly staff, good cheap food in the downstairs restaurant. About 11 of us stayed there. We all were extremely impressed with the hotel in comparison with others closer to the center of Chaweng beach which tended to be more expensive and smaller.	Excellent service. No problems whatsoever. Very efficient.

Staff were very friendly and nice. Breakfast not included tho. Accross the road from the beach but 2 min walk only. Very close to bars and shopping area but still very quiet at night. Would recommend...	Very fast and efficient. Used sawadee for all trip through Thailand and would tell anyone coming here to use

Hotel launched a meal service during our stay, couple of minor misses, however the value and willingness to learn far surpassed them. Rooms sufficiently appointed; (I would like more if I was living in the rooms but that what the beach is for)! Close to the beach and the action on the main strip yet far enough away not to be disturbed by life on the strip. Overall great value for money, suspect it would be hard to find better value a hotel of this quality in Chaweng. Downside of my posting is more people will seek to use this accommodation increasing demand and consequently prices - positive is that it will remain in business with wonderful caring staff. I have booked with Sawadee many times now.As usual never had a problem.Perfect service.

There are no breakfast facilities but you can get a free cup of coffee from the dispenser at reception at any time. Well stocked mini bar in the room. Staff always helpful. Will come back again.	Excellent. Less than 3 minutes

The staff here were friendly and helpful and I would definately use this hotel again if I ever went back to Chaweng Beach.	The booking service was fine, i received an answer quickly and had no problems at all.

However beware of Montien Travel almost Opposite Hotel, he rips people off with his motorbike hire, demands money for scarches to bikes that were already there, holds on to your passport until you pay. The staff were really friendly and the room was cleaned thoroughly each day, which was nice. Also it was only a short walk away from the beach and close enough to the nightlife to be within easy walking distance, but not close enough to be woken by any noise.	Really fast and efficient. Very helpful when I changed the amount of nights of my stay at the last minute. Definately worth using again.
David Johnson 2004-09-27 until 2004-10-05	Chaweng Beach Hotel, Chaweng Beach Hotel is new-more a guest house like hotel with basic needs filled- good beds, air con, shower with independent heater unit. Minimal noise between units. Mostly backpackers stayed there. Location is excellent on Chaweng with Baht Taxis running up and down at 20b per ride to chaweng and higher rest of the island (50-100). Also Meter taxis. Superior unit is much larger and better but after I spent the first night I realized that it was on the front of the hotel which is right on the very busy beach road through Chaweng. Lots of horn honking and a loud bar across the street until 2am every night. I complained and they moved me to std room in the back which was fine for noise but very small and dark. They did not refund any money and were very rude (night manager). The other thing is that Chaweng Beach is really owned by hotels and not like Pattaya. If you are not in hotel on beach you will not have a good time if you like beaches and pools. On the other hand if you are going for a walk on the beach and hitting the many bars and staying up late it is just fine. (And you will probably stay up as it is a very hopping place) One last caution which really grated on me was the Chaweng road system which is lousey and water is always in the streets and it has a bad smell. If you go to Ko Samui stay in a nice hotel ON the beach- Or dont go. I would not recommend the other beaches - Lamai or Bophut- they are dusty towns and lousey sand on the beach and way far away from the action - stay in chaweng at the beach or just dont go. ( Hint - stay at the Amari Reef)	Very excellent service- fast- used 4 times now with success. Paid with Visa everytime.
